Request Is the NOMAD satellite in the film The Creator realistic in terms of size?

The film The Creator contains a military attack satellite called NOMAD. It is visible during daylight hours moving across the sky, large enough to make out in great detail.

How big would such a object have to be and is it realistic it could be in a near earth orbit? There is no indication of how high up it is.

Request Could you dig a hole/tunnel that proves the earth is round?

Is there anywhere on Earth, and is it feasible if there was/is, to dig a hole that's perfectly straight so it bisects(?) the earth's surface and then comes out again without cuving, while being feasibly safe to travel through?

Like if we could build a tunnel that was provably perfectly straight, and went into the ground and then out again, how possible would it be to build? How long would it be? Would it be safe? Would gravity change as you travelled through it?

Request The US army adopted a new method to calculate body fat. It seems broken to me.

As far as I can tell, the heavier you get, the larger your abdomen can be. Height isn’t factored. If you’re allowed 24% BF, how round can you be?

Body Fat % = -26.97 – (0.12 x body weight in pounds) + (1.99 x abdomen circumference in inches)

Request how many calories are needed to send someone flying

So my buddy says Jordan Lee from gen v gets energy for their power from food. So I'm using scene for reference, for the basic nombers, to see how much calories are needed to fuel such a power.

So the scene in question, Jordan uses blast to send Sam (who weighs about 180lbs) flying about 20ft. How many newtons are required to send someone flying like that? And what is that converted into calories?
