How to answer questions about you last project?
Here are some strategies that can help you discuss your work eloquently and ethically.
📌Focus on Skills, Not Specifics:
Instead of discussing the exact details of the project, talk about the skills you employed and developed. Talk about the novelty, complexity... and your excitement about the project:
💡 We leveraged some of the latest methodologies/technologies, such as AI/machine learning/blockchain, which made it a groundbreaking project
💡 I tackled a multi-faceted role which involved handling intricate problems and finding effective solutions
💡 One of the most exciting aspects of my role was the chance to work on such an innovative project
📌Use Analogies and 'X Meets Y':
To provide some context about the type of project, consider using analogies or
'X meets Y' descriptions. This can give
your interviewer an idea of the nature
of your project without revealing specifics.
For instance, if you developed an ML model
for a healthcare company, you could say:
💡I worked on a project that was like
developing an algorithm for predicting
weather patterns, but in a healthcare
context
💡"Imagine Netflix meets Tinder, but for healthcare."

🧑🎨UI/UX дизайнеров
📌English for switchers (для новичков), уровень A2-B1. Расписание: среда и пятница в 18:30 (Kyiv time)
📌English for UI/UX, уровень B1-B1+. Расписание: понедельник и четверг в 10:15 (Kyiv time)
20 занятий по 90 минут. Стоимость курса - $200

📌Из мини-группы можно сделать маленькую Scrum team. У нас кейсовое образование, поэтому симуляцию митингов и презентаций интересней проводить в группе
Одна из метрик успешных уроков – STT (student's talking time) and TTT (teacher's talking time). Чем выше STT, тем лучше
📌Поэтому преподаватель продумывает инструкции и обьяснения так, чтобы минимизировать свое talking time.

Сегодня survival phrases for interviews:
📌Когда вы отвечаете на ситуационный или технический вопрос, попробуйте сначала выиграть время на “подумать” и заодно прояснить непонятные моменты:
So I'm halfway through the task when I understand that I'm dealing with contradicting requirements… In this case I would...
📌Если вы отвечаете на теоретический вопрос, обязательно дайте пример, что вы имеете в виду:
Let me give you an example of what I mean…
📌Если же ваш ответ будет включать несколько аспектов, предупредите об этом (чтобы вас не прервали):
I think there are two important aspects to this question
📌Совсем не поняли вопрос интервьюера:
Вместо “Can you repeat?" используйте “Can you put it differently?"
📌И после того, как вы закончили отвечать, уточните у интервьюера, достаточно ли точно вы ответили на вопрос :

📌Your primary focus - what you’re the best at and what tech stack you’d like to continue to grow and develop in.

Writing the script would structure your thoughts, and you’ll deliver your main points in a best way😉
