The first two is because they were such reruns even while the shows weren't long off the air, or were still on the air, that I got burnt out. Didn't always have paid streaming or cable, so would get the classic US 'only have x number of channels' and at night I'd have those repeated every week so an otherwise ok channel would be just 'oh those'. By the time I stopped having terrestrial cable seinfeld was still in reruns and they'd pull the same thing so many other syndicated shows would do. You'd see an episode on one channel, then a day or two later they'd play the same one on another channel, so on and so forth. I saw the same show repeated five or six times, because of how many channels carried that in syndication.

when elongated muskrat changed how blocks/mute worked I was gone. Somehow I had him on block before he bought the thing and never got on the 'you ain't blocking the owner' list, so was fine until he made it where blocking was pointless, folks could still see your shit.

I'm a little obsessed with Mark Dacascos.. wasn't into iron chef america but I loved him in The Crow stairway to heaven. Heck he was good in Double Dragon, and I think I saw him in Doogie Howser MD.

Seriously though I am curious if there's any shows from the US that got as popular where anyone here is at later in its run. Like anything as simple as 'dick van dyke gained a cult following in dubbed reruns' or even stuff that gained a following like sentai did among fans.

I like the idea of androids of any kind being used as heroes. Robots of any kind being made to learn how to handle life among humans, let alone humanoid ones. I am slightly biased though.. being autistic it kinda makes sense I'd like anything 'alien' to humanity learning to be around humans.
