Years ago, we built TON – a scalable and fast blockchain technology. TON was designed to serve hundreds of millions of social media users. Since 2020, the TON technology has been maintained and improved by the open source community.
Last year, we enabled our users to buy and sell Telegram usernames and IDs on Fragment – a TON-based auction platform. It was a phenomenal success. Telegram sold $120M worth of digital assets in auctions, while early buyers of some Telegram-related digital assets – such as Telegram anonymous numbers – have seen a 27x (!) increase in value after only 9 months.
This success showed the potential of Web 3.0 on Telegram. For the first time in history, users were allowed to own their social media identities directly. Now we want to integrate blockchain technologies deeper into Telegram. To do that, we worked with the folks from the TON community to add their TON Wallet to Telegram as a mini-app.
Starting this November, TON Wallet will be included in the settings and attachment menus for all our users outside the US and some other countries (if you added @wallet and have the latest version of Telegram, you can already see the wallet option in the menus). This step will allow developers to enable hundreds of new valuable features – similar to those pioneered on Fragment. TON Wallet, a third-party mini-app inside Telegram, will introduce a whole new dimension of Web 3.0 to hundreds of millions of Telegram users.

📆 On May 31, TON Diamonds announced Glint Coin farming among their NFT holders. With the support of Tonstarter, the TON Diamonds team has developed the Glint Coin tokenomics.
1️⃣. Purchasing NFTs and payouts to Glint holders
Glint can be used to purchase NFTs on the marketplace, and 22% of all fees will be distributed among tokenholders. It will also be possible to pay fees in Glint instead of Toncoin.
2️⃣. DAO and staking
Glint Coin holders will be able to participate in DAO votes and earn more Glint in staking program.
3️⃣.TON Diamonds ecosystem

🗣 OPTUS is a project that combines a DEX, a DEX aggregator, and an analytical dashboard. The DEX aggregator provides liquidity data from all DEXs to find out what exchange offers the most favorable rates and the least slippage.
The dashboard visualizes the data from the DEX aggregator: the total amount of liquidity on exchanges, liquidity pools, and the tokens in them. The beta-launch of the DEX and dashboard took place today, and the DEX aggregator promises to appear in the coming weeks.

🗣 Evaa Protocol is the first decentralized lending protocol on the TON network with open-source code. Lending allows borrowers to take out one token as collateral for another, while the lender receives interest for providing their tokens to the borrower. The project is already running on the testnet, and the mainnet launch is expected this quarter. 🗣 OpenStake is a protocol for liquid staking on TON. Liquid staking allows you to earn rewards without freezing your funds. This will be implemented through the osTon rebase token, which you receive in the same equivalent as your staking deposit. Thus, osTon tokens can be used in any DeFi service that supports them.

The first farming season of Glint Coin, TON Diamonds marketplace token, is starting right now!
