Get the drivers from HP.
Or use the popular driver pack software..
If you have access to Ethernet internet (RJ-45) use that to connect the system online.. Or you can also use USB tethering (this works best)
Once the affected system is online, download iobit driver booster
Install the app (without the side apps, except you choose to install).. Once done allow it scan, download the selected drivers and it'll install them.

Restart the system once done.
Should fix the problem

Unfortunately the blurring will have to be done after the recording. But there are plenty of programs that do this, depending on your OS,​Windows​has its own built in recorder that you can edit afterwards.
