Greeting,

I have an application made in C# that connects to an RFID card reader, reads the RFID and connects to the database, according to which it receives the PAN number.
When starting the application, an error is received: Could not load file or assembly "Oracle.DataAccess" or one of its dependencies
I tried to change the Oracle.DataAccess.dll in the application but no succsess
Any suggestion?
