After following a woman off the train, he grabbed her and drug her to a secluded location, where he proceeded to sexually assault her, choke her, steal her personal items, and leave the scene, before allegedly grabbing ANOTHER WOMAN and doing the same thing. He has also been accused of robbing a T.J. Maxx.
