Coinbase vs SEC
Another possible bullish event for 2024 that has been less frequently discussed lately is happening on 17 Jan, which is the day of the hearing for the Coinbase vs SEC case. We could see a decision from the court, possibly rejecting the lawsuit against Coinbase, which would lead to a severe reputational damage to the SEC and diminish the credibility of their campaign against crypto overall. 

If Coinbase wins this case against the SEC, it would mark 2nd win by crypto over the SEC.

In total, 13 tokens are named in the lawsuit, including Solana, Cardano or Matic. See the full list (Market caps as of June 2023). I suggest you keep a close eye on these tokens as they could experience a significant surge if the lawsuit against Coinbase is dismissed by the judge. All tokens significantly dropped when the lawsuit was first announced, so I expect them to move to the upside if the allegations against CB are dropped. Certainly, they could experience another drop if the judge proceeds with the lawsuit.
