Yea, easy pickup and return, all prepaid in advance. I rented from rakuraku but I think experience should be similar for other companies.

Suggest you choose based on a convenient collection point, either at airport or near hakata station.

At Fukuoka, I rented from Budget Rent a Car. But for Nagoya trip, I rented from Trip directly and saw their pricing is the most friendly among all. However, you have to zoom into details like ETC daily rental fees & some other insurance coverages as well.
