HOW TO USE THE PROMO CODES
Please check the following below:
1. If you are paying with the eligible currency: SGD
2. If you have set your mobile app or website to the correct locale: SG
3. If you have click onto the specific booking link provided: https://sg.trip.com/w/sss-tg
4. If you are on your mobile app
5. If you have switched off all third party cashback or coupon extensions. For mobile APP, please close all the third party running apps and re-login into your Trip.com account to apply the promo codes
6. Flight promo codes are applicable for both adult and child tickets
7. Hotel promo codes are not applicable to hotel bookings that are “Pay at Hotel” option
Remember to close the app and reopen with this URL - https://sg.trip.com/w/sss-tg
The email says the coupon has been used thru another account. How come another account can use the same coupon?

Not sure if you’re able to assist me in this..
I have similar issue yesterday too. The promo code (OCBC100SKIES)was added in my account.(through telegram link) went to select my flight and proceed to check out for payment. Enter payment ocbc card details but it prompt that payment (this bank card can’t be use for payment) I even tried the other bank cards, but same msg prompt.
Sadly, my flight booking was cancelled due to time out.
I did contact customer service yesterday night. They have yet to get back to me.
