Hello, would like to ask if Trip able to have a say about a rebooking of my family's flight today made by the airline reason is due to we booked thru a third party (trip.com)
The airline had overbooking of passengers and unluckily the airline made decision to rebook my family's flight(5 adults and 3 kids). They are now at the airport and was rebooked to next day flight May22. Supposed flight is today at 05:55am. They were at the airport since 1am for the flight.
