If your refund is by vouchers such as scoot. Please kindly chase the trip agent for the scoot vouchers. Else scoot sent to trip. Then trip keep quiet. That's what my friends experience . They constantly have to chase trip to get the voucher sent by scoot to them.

Be it sq or whichever airline. Your booking made via trip, the contact number and the email reflected on the booking would be trip details.

For scoot you can use your booking reference together with your travel origin and arrival instead of booking reference plus your email on the booking.

Yes, it's normal, I believe it should be flight_service@trip.com
This is because you booked through Trip and Trip will manage the booking on your behalf
If you added your KF number when booking, your KF number should be inside, else you can add during OCI
