Yup! But the thing is both names are correct, just slight difference in order. I didn't face any issues boarding my flights booked on Trip.com

Ok. Trip cs said they also dont see seat map hence they will email firefly ask. Ya, they said sorry u go on flight ask crew see if they can ask ppl chg seats.

I also 2-2(2adults and 2child). Last time i tot child will surely issue seat beside adult so i didnt select seats. When i at airport told me no seats then assign my kids 2-3yrs old alone.

Use this method to enter KF into Trip app but now ur name got issues so have to find KF team to settle

I tried earlier they require me to key in booking no. And email. Think bcos of booking thru trip.com the email dont match.

Actually I read many real life stories here on OTA booking giving many issues, so why still continue to book on OTA n add admin issues to ownself?
For me, my reason is berry simple, promo code but if the promo code is causing issues or the airlines r causing issues then I will run far far away

For this type of 3-3 seating, when u online check in u can change easily
My last week AA to BKK, the system auto assign me row 7 n row 24 for my same PNR booking 😬
But if really want to sit together then just pay for 1 seat to change for 1 person
I never pay since I alrdy LLST accept my new flight time change and need to rush to airport
Ok prepare urself first, firefly timing sometimes is like rubber band.
So far so good la as long still can take off
Yes I also just try, trip firefly booking no seats to buy. Else last method then check in 7 days in advance. No need over worry.

U can ask Trip CS if they can buy seats but if u can check in 7 days in advance, I feel u can get seats easily

Whenever I do early check in for firefly they always give me row 10
I only take firefly to Subang so for flight to Penang idk
Firefly to Subang, the last rows r premier because enter/exit from the back
But firefly buy seats like waste $ since my flight to Subang is 2-2 so I’ve no issues 😬

Like I tell u, u can buy seats via online checkin method n u can check in 7 days in advance for firefly
Else u ask Trip CS for help
Hi, good morning. I am facing this issue now, not sure if anyone here has encountered.
Booked my SQ flights on Trip.com twice, entered my KF num but it was always not reflected on SQ app. Finally got the answer from SQ live chat lwhich they couldn't help me. Apparently my name has some slight difference in the order hence SQ was not able to link the booking to my KF number. What should I do? I tried changing my name order in my current SQ booking on Trip.com but faced error.
