So far I have not experienced need to request change flight by myself. All were requested by airlines due to overbooking.

I ever booked via airline website directly one year in advance using credit card also asked to change flight due to flight overbook.
lol, high airline rewards tier get more priority…. If those airlines prefer to prioritise cash passengers more than u should stop using their service

Читать полностью…And to make things worst trip uses their own company email address for airline booking so all the information is send to trip, if trip forgot they will forgot to update the passenger as well this is why I hate it a lot and trip need to stop using their company email address and name as the contact details……..
