There is an interesting point to be made from psychographic research in marketing.

A real study was done that showed people generally don’t like changing their toothpaste brand. But if you catch people right after they move… for some reason they are way more willing to try a new toothpaste. True story.

The brain likes to keep things normal, but when pushed to a certain threshold of newness… it shifts gears into wholesale acceptance of new things.

I want to see Congressional norms shattered, and openly mocked so badly that people won’t fight changing enormous areas of useless “tradition”. Turn that cesspool upside down. Flip the tables.

If Elon as Speaker (or something else wacky as hell) is the shock needed to break the mold, then go for it!

A couple years back, there was a bill in Arizona that was submitted, with suspicious errors in the *revision coding process.

Anyone remember what that bill was?

When legislative clerks prepare documents to pass a change to an existing law, there is an official scheme to how changed, deleted or new text is colored or underlined, etc. This allows lawmakers to quickly skim a bill and see what has changed, without actually reading the whole thing. There was an AZ bill that slipped in new language in plain black text so lawmakers wouldn’t notice it. As I recall the bill got passed, and was election or precinct related.

Johnson is helping to show how the game works. No question. But it's also natural for people to organically react to the role they see being portrayed.

Soliciting that reaction is the whole reason somebody needs to play the role. Just let it play out IMO.

(maybe this is over my head, but I don't see the need to constantly remind the public that what they are seeing is often "for effect"... breaking the fourth wall)

Some people are really upset that they can’t make meaningful amounts of money on X, as a “citizen journalist”.

My original Twitter account is still banned, and I don’t think I’ll ever get it back… yet I choose to feel gratitude that we are able speak so many truths now, that we could not before.

House data = "any electronic mail or other electronic or data communication"

They're also applying this section to any pending matters.

Basically if somebody was trying to subpoena emails of a member of congress because of a potential crime or something, this would allow them to quash such a subpoena.

A thought on Christmas, and our power to Create, as heirs of our Creator.

Some say that Christmas is a pagan holiday, and in so doing they GRANT unto some people the power to create and define symbols. But why grant to the lost a power which you deny to the Children of God?

I'll never understand how some people don't understand that WE have the power to define (utterly) our own symbols.
