This hearing gutted me today. I replayed in my mind the stories my inmate friends told me about their experiences giving birth in prison. S kept focusing on how a nurse kept tapping her arm during delivery and what a comforting distraction that was for her. She was shackled and terrified and the stranger's tapping was her comfort. I agree with Seth, but would like to explain why I think election fraud should be a capital crime.

The government has a monopoly on legal violence, and the ability to confiscate all property, and freedom… basically the enforcement of all law.

When a person or group steals that authority via fraud, they are subjecting everyone under else the power of law and the threat of enforcement. Same if you commit mutiny on a ship.

One ballot fraud or a million… you’ve placed yourself outside the bounds of citizenship and society and are guilty of a capital crime.

Loss of all property and life if convicted IMO.
