Don’t forget, the situation they are in compels them to try and keep doors open in case they can coordinate with other states and tip things to a Kamala win, or at least create a firm narrative that puts a Trump win in doubt.

Polling
Iowa/Selzer. This was leaked ahead of time as a poll showing Iowa had flipped +3 for Kamala. Then the poll was released and allowed to be shopped around all of the networks, before hours later the cross tabs came out showing the sampling. The sampling is so bad it was clearly delayed to give the media some hours to use the poll.
11 point sampling shift from R+8 in 2020, to D+3 now.
Other polls show Iowa is still +10 for Trump, so Selzer was a wild outlier.
(there is so much chatter on the polls, and so much being written on that, that I'm not going to make this thread longer by including it here.)
Natural Signal
In stark contrast to the polls being used by Team Kamala, we have lots of natural signals contradicting their illusions. The most important of these is that the vast majority of counties have voter registration that has strongly moved right since 2020. In some states every single county has shifted right.
More on this later, but another critical area of signal is all the support peeling away from Kamala.
The Players Divided
You’ve seen this, so I don’t need to expand on it, but we are seeing a lot of signal in the form of conflict between Biden loyalists and Kamala loyalists. Biden hates her and keeps sabotaging Kamala. Kamala found enough allies to push Biden off to the side of his own Presidency in his final months, making him a laughing stock. Jill probably wants to shoot Kamala, and their staffers are reportedly raging at each other in the halls of the White House. People in the know see this division and smell the weakness.
Support peeling away
Nobody likes the fact that Kamala lost the primary, didn’t earn a single delegate, but got installed anyway. Numerous left-wing groups have called this out as undemocratic. Most traditional Democrats are uncomfortable at least, and some royally pissed.
Many groups that supported Biden (or at least remained silent), have refused to endorse Kamala or even denounced her (border patrol), and some have even endorsed Trump. This includes various worker unions, border patrol, Muslim & Somali community leaders, etc. Many silicon valley tech leaders are in this group. Either they don’t want to cross Elon, or genuinely believe Trump will be better for business.
Fundamentally Silicon Valley were cowards and went along with public perception in 2020, and in some ways they are just doing the same thing in 2024… going along with a public sentiment that has clearly shifted. Note: they don’t rely on public polls. They rely on signals from a vast section of the economy that rolls up under businesses they control. They know what people are thinking, even without polls.
Threat Environment
This is a critical point to understanding the criminal psychology of this moment in time. Those who might be tempted to cheat in 2024 have been put on very clear notice by Trump. “Cheat in 2024 and you go to jail.”, but this plays differently in the ears of Coup leaders vs the low level party operatives.
Coup leaders are going to jail either way, but low level stooges who got caught up in ballot mule (or similar) operations in 2020, who back off and do not interfere this time, are NOT going to face anywhere near the same level of retribution. Many will get nothing more than community service and a small fine, some won’t face any legal consequences at all (you might not like that, but it’s true and an effective strategy to lower the stakes now and encourage them to back off). It only recently occurred to me that THIS is probably the reason True The Vote never publicly released all that data on ballot mules, but we’ll see.

▫️ An argument for bringing the Q op back.
Will they, won't they? No idea, but there were things we learned about the power of citizen journalism that truly upset the paradigm of mainstream media information control. And thinking about activating such an information paradigm again in the context of these key environment factors... is very interesting.
Information Environment
1️⃣We have access to a mostly open X platform.
We are mostly passed the issue of being constantly blocked & banned by 100s of hostile "former intel" employs at Twitter, and an FBI that was caught pushing censorship of topics & individuals they deemed an information threat. X reach is rapidly growing and becoming the most trusted brand in global news. Citizen journalism has a platform now that never existed before, in all of world history.
2️⃣Public trust in legacy media is at record lows.
Scandal after scandal has exposed the legacy media to the public in a way that has even caused Jeff Bezos to acknowledge it, and back off from having WaPo endorse Kamala. The whole world knows the US Media lied to cover Biden's cognitive decline, and has been helping to unjustly frame & prosecute Donald Trump for crimes the Democrats committed.
Imagine the coming 4 years as Trump Team tries to move a critical reform agenda forward, and the media lies and tries to stall momentum every step of the way. The media is especially vulnerable, in real time, to our work in constantly exposing their agenda, and once people SEE THE PROPAGANDIZING, they never go back to sleep. But there are 100s of millions globally we have yet to liberate from the Global Woke Mind Virus.
3️⃣Power to unify around tactical messaging
During the Q op we experienced a new phenomenon in social media messaging, and open source journalism... when Q would post about a current event or news topic the result was that within minutes 100s of thousands and sometimes millions of people globally would drop what they were doing and DIG. Many 1000s of hours of manual labor researching everything that could be found on a topic would happen within 2-4 hours of real time, and the results posted on the Chans, Twitter, and some smaller platforms. Today X and the Chans would be the dominant platforms for such research, and simultaneously make the results available on a mass & international scale. COMBINE that power with the new community notes system (when it works) and you have a power to dig, valid & distribute information the world has never seen before.
On a usual basis there is nothing wrong with everybody independently pursuing the topics that interest them, but the BURST CAPACITY to suddenly have millions focused on a single topic that is relevant and timely? Unmatched power in information warfare.

Calling an Audible
Dems may not even know yet which plays they will have to call, it may very well be an audible at the last minute depending on how early returns from different states start to roll in. If the People deliver record turnout and it becomes very obvious to ALL that Trump won, they will call off vote switching cheats that would never work and only land them in immediate prison. If returns are weak and Trump’s performance is weaker than expected, they may find themselves doing the math and deciding they can get away with it.
On Election Day
Watch for the key 2020 swing states to once again hold back as long as possible to see which way the wind is blowing. On the other hand, if you see any of them cave and call the race for Trump early, that will be a HUGE SIGNAL they have closed the “front door” cheat options as too risky, and are moving on to “back door” options.
Holding Pattern
In summary, from now all the way until Tuesday night, they will be floating many different narratives to see how many people will believe them, how strongly they will believe them, and to try as hard as possible to reduce the level of certainty the public feels about a Trump win… because in their minds all of that opens doors and keeps options on the table.

Front Door Strategy
As many have pointed out, the evidence of bottom up support for Trump is so strong, and the number of mail in ballots “in play” (mailed out but not returned yet) is so much smaller in 2024 vs 2020, that in many regions there simply do not exist enough mail in ballots to flip a county to Kamala, even if every outstanding ballot went to her. The potential vote margin has been squeezed from both sides (more votes for Trump, less mail to cheat with). This is why some people say there is no front door strategy.
However, I disagree with this view, because of key narratives being seeded that are intended to try and keep that door open (IMO the enemy would not waste bandwidth trying to feed these narratives unless they were hoping to develop the potential play).
1) Women Secret Votes for Kamala: A lot of messaging telling women to secretly switch their vote to Kamala and not tell their husbands. Keep in mind a narrative does have to be true to provide some cover. Hypothetically, if they switched a bunch of female votes, how would anybody know? Such a conversation creates a “gray area” because nobody can prove it is or isn’t happening, but the fact many elite messengers are floating that narrative means they were told to get that out there and prepare the public for the idea.
2) Low Male Turnout: They are messaging about low male turnout, and that is certainly happening in the big urban areas. Black men turnout is low. But that means 100,000s of names on the E.R.I.C. voter rolls that they can see didn’t vote yet, and that means a bank of potential votes to generate on or just after election day. Float the narrative now to try and keep the option on the table. To activate this option they will very soon have to do a big push to make people think these black voters have suddenly got motivated and come off the bench for Kamala. This is a key narrative gap to watch for. Think “false flag on Monday” targeting urban black voters if they decide to go for this option.
3) Independents Breaking for Kamala: They have been floating the narrative that late deciding independents are overwhelmingly going to Kamala. That’s not based on anything because it doesn’t have to be yet. This Phase 1 narrative is being floated to test public reaction. Watch for them to take this one to the next level with some prime time “man on the street” or a “focus group” or some new poll that bakes in what they learned from Phase 1 (public acceptance or rejection of narrative), and then seems to give them data the media can use to sell this one harder on Monday/Tuesday. Again… E.R.I.C. data on voter rolls will let them see the Independents that haven’t voted and potentially generate ballots for those voters.
But above all, keep in your mind that they can only pull the trigger on these things if they KNOW they are close enough to WIN. They can’t pull the trigger on these cheats for a maybe, because the threat environment is way too hot, and the people down in the counties who have to execute on this shit won’t stick their necks out for Kamala with everybody watching. They are in a situation where they have to try and line up all of their cards, and then somebody has to make a GO / NO GO decision and communicate that down the ranks. Very risky, when the average low level cheater only faces a slap on the wrist for 2020, if they don’t make things worse for themselves now in 2024.
Back Door Strategy
This idea encompasses a variety of post-election operations they might do to stop Trump from taking office OR to radically undermine his Presidency, should he make it through Inauguration Day. This includes several different ways they might try to block electoral college certification, or Congress declaring Trump ineligible. We will have plenty of time to consider this topic after Tuesday Nov 5th is over.
