One thing I'm pretty sure of... IF Flynn is appointed as Nat Sec Adv again... watch for interesting inter-agency transfers of critical deep state personnel in December. There are people the SES is going to want moved outside of Flynn’s reach before he assumes the power of that office in January.

I see a bunch of people claiming that SCOTUS ruled in favor of the government pressuring media to censor speech.

Reality: They pulled the "no standing" thing and tossed the case without looking at or ruling on the merits.

So one of the most important cases of a generation was punted for later. Maybe it will be taken back up after Trump puts another two justices on the bench?
