I gotta confess I just don’t understand the people bending over to insist Glenn Greenwald did nothing wrong.

It has become widely understood that some of the major election systems were not properly certified before recent elections, and/or have not followed data preservation laws, and/or have not followed their contractual obligations around separation of duties, security practices, and other matters.
Sure would be a shame if counties, now controlled by conservative majorities, used the above facts to begin breach of contract law suits aimed at terminating their existing contracts with these election systems companies.
If even a few succeed, that would establish cause for all of them, and a stampede might happen!
