I do not support weapons for Ukraine.
But I do support public trials for the CIA officials and the Ukraine officials who staged the 2014 coup.
I also do not support constant NATO violations of their agreements with Russia, so the military industrial complex can make steady money via endless conflict.
If something new has changed, I will listen to what Trump has to say, but will probably not change my mind on Ukraine.

We have a right to expect transparency so a new administration doesn’t fall prey to the same temptations as previous ones.
The honey trap materials they inherited are too valuable for “trust me bro” to be the policy on this.
I trust Trump, but I’m not suspending my knowledge of history and the tendency for power people to want more power.
Someone* in this admin is saying “this is too powerful to just give up”, while the People are saying “we do not give our consent for this or any government to engage in such practices in our name, and by our collective power”.

After all the crying and screaming from the "fiscal conservative hardliners", it's wild to find out NOW, that Trump's tariffs policies pulled in enough revenue in June 2025 to give us our first month with a budget surplus* since 2005.
*This involves ignoring the month of April that always shows a surplus due to so much tax revenue coming in. June 2025 is the first "ordinary business month" where income exceeded outlays, in 20 years.
And Massie knew that while trying to stop Trump's budget deal.
It's a fair criticism if people want to argue "it was only one month so far", HOWEVER... even this one month is a very strong indicator that Trump's plan really might be working. And Massie never once mentioned to the People that something with so much potential promise, might really be paying off?
Anybody with an ounce of integrity would admit that. The detractors have little to stand on at this point.
