Multiple foreign governments have now declared ANTIFA an international terrorist group.
This means we can target them as a foreign terrorist org, which is a lot less problematic than a “domestic terrorist org”, and invoked more favorably managed agencies, etc.

Everyone knows that ANTIFA has been the militant wing of the DNC for years.

When you begin to collapse the narrative network, those who live for lies will characterize those lies as opinion, and therefore protected speech.
They have long sought to destroy the idea of objective truth, and cripple the discernment of society at large.
Was the shooter a MAGA guy, like Kimmel claimed? Did Trump say nazis are very fine people?
No, and we also reject that a lost little girl or boy can become the opposite by putting them on drugs and mutilating their bodies. Some of us will never compromise on reality. We are the unyielding core who love truth more than popularity, that God will use to turn this all around.
Americans should be asking why we even need a Federal Reserve any longer.
And the Federal Reserve is neither Federal nor is it a Reserve!

People have wisely asked what the potential ramifications of The Charlie Kirk Act might be when/if it outlaws propaganda again.
There's a couple layers of answers to that.
1) Banning the GOVERNMENT from spending tax money making psyop materials they know to be false, and colluding with U.S. media to disseminate it, is not the same as regulating speech in general.
2) If there is a direct media accountability component, then any benefit of the doubt must always err on the side of allowing speech. Believe me, they will find a way to push the envelope of what is permitted. Only in the case where the media used objectively provably false information, should they face consequences. However, there where 1,000s of instances of that so far in Trump's campaigns and Presidential terms. Certain things like the "very fine people hoax" that do not fall under "opinion". At present they can and do manufacture influence material that is objectively false.
NEVERTHELESS, we should be VERY skeptical of ANY power the government is given to regulate anything. It will be very important to carefully tear apart the language of any such bill as soon as it is available, and push back HARD if it contains powers that can be misused.
He did it. ANTIFA is now legally designated as a terrorist org… which unlocks some extraordinary investigative and law enforcement powers against them.
How fast will an Obama/Biden judge flip this one?
