Everyone knows that ANTIFA has been the militant wing of the DNC for years.
By design they were clever enough to keep their formal organization off books, and also by design previous administrations controlled law enforcement to ensure “wink wink” that they would play the game saying ANTIFA doesn’t actually exist.

The Kimmel issue is not about speech. He’s free to say any vile thing he wants, as long as it’s a matter of opinion.
Objectively provable lies to radicalized leftists that will incite more violence, is not protected speech. And doing it on public airways subsidized by tax $ is 💩.

And I'm well aware that many of the people calling themselves "jews" today... are mixed descendants of the Canaanites.
And... that doesn't mean every child born to those lines is somehow evil, or any less deserving of truth, life & liberty.
We can't pick the families we are born into. So IMO my comments (over years of time) about every people having a God given right to live peacefully, include them too.

For the record... I am not anti-Israel and never will be.
That doesn't mean I can't have concerns, just like Charlie, about why certain non-religious Jews have decided to team up and combine their resources (just like Soros) towards the destruction of all Western nations. That's a real thing that's happening, regardless of how you feel about it.
And that has nothing to do with my support of normal Jewish people, and their right to live without fear of Islamic violence.
I can be just as suspicious of the Israeli government, as I am of the U.S. government.
In his last month Charlie became very concerned about some non-religious Jews being the top funding sources for violent Marxist NGOs. He wanted to know why they were funding the destruction of western societies.
They became upset and offered $150,000,000 in funding to TPUSA and had him out for private meetings with Bill Ackman and others, to try and dial him back away from topics that might make them look bad.
Several people close to Charlie claim he was concerned about potential coercion or blackmail type pressure.
Some parts of this statement are known, and others still need to be verified by more sources. Take with a grain of salt on the details, but what is beyond doubt is the questions Charlie was asking, and who didn’t like it.

People have wisely asked what the potential ramifications of The Charlie Kirk Act might be when/if it outlaws propaganda again.
There's a couple layers of answers to that.
1) Banning the GOVERNMENT from spending tax money making psyop materials they know to be false, and colluding with U.S. media to disseminate it, is not the same as regulating speech in general.
2) If there is a direct media accountability component, then any benefit of the doubt must always err on the side of allowing speech. Believe me, they will find a way to push the envelope of what is permitted. Only in the case where the media used objectively provably false information, should they face consequences. However, there where 1,000s of instances of that so far in Trump's campaigns and Presidential terms. Certain things like the "very fine people hoax" that do not fall under "opinion". At present they can and do manufacture influence material that is objectively false.
NEVERTHELESS, we should be VERY skeptical of ANY power the government is given to regulate anything. It will be very important to carefully tear apart the language of any such bill as soon as it is available, and push back HARD if it contains powers that can be misused.
He did it. ANTIFA is now legally designated as a terrorist org… which unlocks some extraordinary investigative and law enforcement powers against them.
How fast will an Obama/Biden judge flip this one?

Personally, I would never take anything Candace Owens says about Israel very seriously, unless it was supported by additional evidence.

None of Charlie’s beliefs were outrageous, new or unique.
There is only one thing in his recent life that had changed. Only one area he started asking questions about, that some mega donors found troubling.
And today their man hosted TPUSA.
Trump has wanted to designate Antifa a terrorist org for a while.
IMO something under the hood is complicating it. Here he says he needs Pam Bondi and others to sign off on it. I wonder if prior admin complicated matters by running offbooks intelligence operations through Antifa. I wonder if there are secret memos & findings trying to insulate it from what Trump wants to do... hence the delays and jumping through hoops.
I want to write some meaningful thoughts later tonight (at my hotel, traveling for work right now), on why I don’t want to see Nick Fuentes grow into the gap created by Charlie’s absence.
Maybe you agree or disagree. Please comment on Fuentes’ positions and history that help form your opinion of him, and his agenda.
(there are some big $ people very interested in tweaking Nick’s image to become just a little more reasonable, and help him capture the young male audience radicalized by Charlie’s murder)

Free speech has never been free. It always comes with consequences.
When I said some in Hollywood were paid to support Ukraine, CNN put my real name next to the tweet they showed on the evening news. Soon people contacted my employer trying to get me fired.
Nobody is stopping libs from gleefully celebrating a political assassination, and in some cases even suggested a list of more targets. People don’t want to work next to someone that would do that. Customers don’t want to shop at a business where those people work.
In this case the far left at many of these companies literally created policies for firing people who say anything that might embarrass the company. They went after everyone possible to purge their ranks. Now those people celebrating murder?
Live by the sword, die by the sword. Only life consequences can make up for the lack of lessons they should have learned while young.
Not my most eloquent post, but there’s a truth nugget in there somewhere.
