📢 Official Announcement – Tupan

Dear community,

Since the beginning of the year, we have informed that without buy and sell operations (trading) of the old TCT, its presence on centralized exchanges would likely not be maintained. Without trading and active holders, there is no token appreciation — a natural market scenario. Unfortunately, some participants acted in the opposite direction, contributing to the token’s price drop. Still, we emphasize: this does not change the focus of our project.

In the first quarter, we launched $TCT with a clear direction: to develop the Carbon Credit model in the B2B (Business to Business) format.

🔹 Community tests (B2C) – We assessed the adoption of the model by the community, but the low participation from companies made this approach unfeasible.
🔹 B2B priority – The focus is now on corporate negotiations, which do not use centralized exchanges. $TCT already operates via wallet swap (X-Pay) and, if necessary, may use its own DEX in the near future.

📍 History and planning
The transition from B2C to B2B has been part of the roadmap since the partnership with Safir. Even with the end of that partnership, the project has remained solid. It is the development of RWA (Real World Asset) and the fund’s projects that sustain the token’s value — not the other way around.

📍 Current partnership
We are currently working with PHL Vision, which is conducting a pilot project under negotiation within the $TCT – Carbon Credit B2B line. There is no fixed deadline, as we depend on market negotiations to complete the business model implementation. Once PHL’s plan is finalized, we believe it will bring consistent token appreciation.

📍 Commitments maintained

The original roadmap remains unchanged.

20% of $TCT sales and transactions will continue to be allocated to Buy-Back & Burn 🔥.

Those who already hold TCT will keep their assets as normal...until they are repurchased during $TCT Buy-Back & Burn campaigns.

We estimate that we will present the progress of the business model in 30 to 90 days.


🌱 The project is fully underway, with the same foundation, structure, and vision: to consolidate $TCT – B2B Carbon Credit as a market reference.

Besides, we (Tupan) need to correct the confusion of almost everyone here, AGAIN — at once for all, quickly and clearly:

📌 For the past 3 years, it was Safir who promised.
📌 It was Safir who sold you the illusion.
📌 It was Safir who didn’t deliver.
📌 It was Safir who ran with your money.

Not us.
We never sold hubs, we never made empty promises, and we never owed anything to anybody.

What did we do?

✅ We listed the token on MEXC in March 2024, following the community's will.
✅ We structured the Tupan Community with real strategy.
✅ We created a new token ($TCT) with real use case (carbon credits) for B2B.
✅ We’ve kept the doors open for anyone willing to rebuild — together.

But let me be clear:
We’re not here to fix the hole Safir left in anybody's wallet.
We’re here to offer the tools for those ready to take back control.
If people won’t act, don’t blame us for their inaction.

👉 If people wouldn’t invite someone, it says more about they than about the project.

Because the real project is moving forward.
With or without their bitterness.

No more confusion.
No more freeloaders.
We’re done playing therapist for those still stuck in the past.
