In my humble opinion The Tupan/TCT project has potential, as it is now focused on real-world assets (RWA) and the B2B market, with actual cash flows and signed contracts. The separation of tokens (TCT for governance, TCTB2B for utility and growth) also provides a clearer structure for value.

However, there are risks: repeated pivots have weakened trust, the model is complex to execute, and success will depend entirely on transparent buybacks and operational efficiency.

In short: the project could succeed, but only if its promises are translated into real, measurable results for the community and current investors.

I congratulate you Boba Mando on excellent summary. Actually clearer than Tcast. This is the third pivot in as many years! I boarded this project like many others through (SAFIR/ZENIQ crooks). Many of us have invested large amounts of funds. Sitting on large quantity of TCT(B2C), I ask myself how can I trust or participate in another pivot without goodwill or confidence from Tupan and Oderli. I truly want this project to flourish and succeed, but also need to recoup atleast 50% invested in last four years. What I’ve heard, and now read is promising, hopefully the purchase rate for TCT does not put insult to injury.

Hello friends, here is a short summary of Mr. Oderli's YouTube video regarding the new directions of the Tupan project: The Tupa/TCT project announces a major strategic pivot after realizing that a carbon-credit–based model did not deliver the expected results. While the mission remains the same, the project is shifting toward a more sustainable and execution-driven B2B business model focused on real-world assets (RWA), especially in agro and commodity markets.

A DAO governance structure is being introduced along with a two-token system: TCT will serve solely as a governance and voting token, while TCTB2B becomes the new utility and growth token supporting operations, value creation, and buyback & burn mechanisms.

The project is also launching an AI-powered affiliate action network where rewards are based on proof of work—real missions, referrals, leads, and B2B deals—paid in USDT, TCT (governance), and TCTB2B (wealth-building).

This model is already validated through real soybean finance contracts totaling $5.6 million, with an additional $10–15 million pipeline expected soon. Current holders have free access until July during the transition phase.

I don't understand how you can present a business project, but do the financial calculations afterwards? Thank you for sharing this. Many of us feel the same. I also invested a substantial amount and experienced serious losses. At this stage, what matters most is whether this pivot will truly allow early holders to recover value.

The new model presented on Tupan Cast may sound stronger — real B2B execution, RWA assets, contracts — but trust has been damaged after multiple pivots. The project must clearly address how existing TCT holders will be treated, especially regarding buyback pricing, otherwise this transition could become another disappointment.

Execution and fairness are now the only things that matter.

This pivot makes sense , I’m afraid that with limited options holders of TCT are going to be forced out of project with significant losses . Personally invested significant time and funds in original project, stuck through various pivots , accumulated over 3 mil TCT, and now a flushing out process!
