Official Clarification and Next Steps
Community,
I want to address everyone with transparency and clarity because misinformation and speculation ultimately damage the most important thing we still have: trust.
1) Airdrop / NFT
Let’s clear up misunderstandings:
There has been no official announcement of new airdrop winners by Tupan. If someone is celebrating an airdrop that was not organized by us, it’s a misunderstanding.
Also, there is no official NFT commitment tied to any current Tupan program. If you saw NFTs referenced elsewhere, it did not originate from the Tupan team and is not part of our current roadmap.
2) Same questions about Old TCT (custody / mining / migration expired / MexC)
Another frequent concern involves old balances, mining records, previous custodial systems, and assets associated with the former ecosystem.
I want to be completely transparent. We do not have a back-office team available to investigate legacy systems on an individual basis. In addition, the official migration process expired in 2023. If assets remained within third-party custody or mining structures, we do not control those systems (we never did), and cannot retrieve assets from ZEN-20 blockchain. We don’t own that blockchain. What we can do is publish guidance on what actions are still possible from the user side, if any.
Regarding MEXC, it is important to clarify that old TCT – the legacy TCT, was delisted more than a year ago due to low volume.
Currently, $TCT (the BEP-20 - the new one) since its launch, remains available on decentralized exchanges (DEX) for those who want to provide liquidity or trade freely.
3) About Tupan project (the pause + liquidity + sales of CC)
Tupan did not disappear. The project entered a pause due to a lack of liquidity.
Most community members originally joined through a third-party ecosystem that later collapsed. Those funds never reached Tupan. After the migration, virtually no new strong capital entered the ecosystem. Without revenue, it became impossible to maintain back-office operation, continuous development, PR, events, or paid marketing. That’s why execution slowed down.
Many people have asked about Carbon Credit sales: we have the structure, the partnerships, and the product, but no dedicated sales force. Tupan is not a call center – our role is to build and manage the ecosystem. Sales only happen with distribution, referrals, and business introductions. Without opportunities → no sales → no revenue → no buyback mechanism / no ecosystem expansion.
About dashboards, reports, and detailed numbers: I prefer honesty over promises.
There is no budget to develop automated reporting systems or keep a dedicated dev team for these tools. I will share manual updates whenever possible, without deadlines I may fail to meet. This is not an excuse — it’s the constraint we are solving with a single execution engine. I will communicate what is true, not what is convenient.
4) MVP App (feedback + website + subscription)
The app is an MVP. Feedback is always welcome. However, there are no financial resources available currently to implement major upgrades, advanced analytics, on-chain dashboards, or large-scale new features. These improvements will come back as liquidity returns.
Many have also asked about website outages. The answer is also a budget limitations.
Infrastructure is maintained as resources allow, and interruptions may happen under tighter constraints.
At the same time, we want to recognize the loyalty from those who have remained committed to the project.
For that reason, holders with balances
between 100,000 and 499,999 TCT: will ger four months of free subscription;
with 500,000+ TCT: will get one full year of free subscription.
Effective from the moment subscriptions are technically enabled in the app (targeting end of July/2026). Claim details will be published soon.
I haven't looked here since the new year, and have just skimmed through most of what has been written since then, and that's pretty much how I understood this too.
I still have some TCT stored on x-paysmart.com , but have a lot more stored in my own Metamask wallet. It would be nice if they could be traded again one day.

Boba you are being too kind to Feriani(Genius). I can’t find any successful ventures in past decade . I invested because I believed him in Safir/Zeniq, I migrated because of him, I bought extra tokens because of him, I was ready to sell CO2 credits because of him. All the blame lays on ODERLY FERIANI! All my losses are because of HIM, yet he stays silent amidst requests for clarity from his most loyal investors. We don’t know if TUPAN is operating anymore. Website is outdated, admin non-existent , no press releases or updates. It wouldn’t surprise me that there is no Tupan team, and Feriani is hoping we all go away. I think a class action suit should be considered moving forward.

Conclusion
There you have it, my friends, the story of the Tupan project. Mr. Feriani is not to blame. He is a genius who gave deeply of himself, a visionary who devoted all his energy to building a bridge between two worlds. But unfortunately, those around him were neither up to the task nor at his level. Betrayed by predators, failed by incompetents, he ended up retreating to his own, alone, pushing everyone forward with no one to help him carry the burden.
His primary ambition was never personal enrichment. It was the success of a revolutionary idea, one too far ahead of its time. If one day he manages to rebuild around himself a team of experts in his own image, as skilled as he is in the field of hybrid finance, then hope will be reborn. For a misunderstood genius may fail once. But a genius well surrounded can accomplish anything.
Trained at Oxford, an expert in SEC-regulated hybrid finance, Oderli Feriani carries a revolutionary vision: to create a financial instrument blending blockchain and the real agricultural economy. His primary ambition is neither glory nor fortune, but the success of the project. He devotes all his energy to it, body and soul.
To energize his vision, he seeks partners and falls, unwittingly, into the clutches of the Zeniq ecosystem, which fleeces and betrays him. This is the first wound, the humiliation of a brilliant mind.
He breaks free, surrounds himself with a new team, but haste works against him: these partners are incompetent, and mistakes pile up. A second betrayal, this time by mediocrity.
He can no longer trust the outside world. He activates the only lever left: retreating to his own. Family becomes a bunker of loyalty, a fortress against predators and incompetents.
But the damage is already done. The community, scarred, no longer follows. Zeniq left behind a field of ruin, traumatized investors. This toxic legacy clings to Tupan like a shadow. Feriani faces an audience that no longer has the strength to believe.
I expect nothing from this weird and amateur action since the last 2 years. My reason was availability of some UAE guys at the beginning but I realized after a while that it was also a fake show . You got everybody's money stolen, that's it!
No clever guy expects any single reaction or positive-turn from now on.
In a nutshell: The Tupan project was a vision of genius structured by a master, but executed by amateurs, then finished off by an economic cyclone.

3. The abysmal amateurism of the execution team (the root cause)
This is the most critical factor. The founder, a brilliant architect, was betrayed by executors of unparalleled amateurism.
1. A fatal time lag
The project was too far ahead of an immature crypto market and a non-existent regulatory framework. What would be a sought-after model today was unthinkable at the time.
Thank you for this communication and for the clarifications provided. Transparency is important, but it cannot replace the results expected by TCT holders.
After reading, several points raise legitimate concerns.
You explain that the project is on hold due to a lack of liquidity, and that there is no budget for development, reporting tools, marketing, or sales. However, for TCT holders, this means that almost all of the project's growth drivers are currently at a standstill.
You also indicate that you have a product, partnerships, and a structure built around carbon credits. The central question then becomes: what concrete actions have been taken to convert these elements into real revenue? What results have been achieved to date, and what objectives are set for the coming months?
TCT holders are not asking for unrealistic promises. They are asking for visibility. Without indicators, a timeline, measurable objectives, and regular reporting, it becomes difficult to assess the project's actual progress.
Regarding carbon credits, the community has long understood that they are a cornerstone of the ecosystem. It would be helpful to know:
* the number of active partnerships;
* the volume of available credits;
* the actual commercial initiatives undertaken;
* the obstacles currently hindering revenue generation.
Furthermore, the announcement of free subscriptions is appreciated, but it does not address the primary concern of token holders: the creation of sustainable value for the token and the development of the ecosystem.
The community has demonstrated great patience despite the difficulties encountered over the years. In return, it has the right to expect more than simply an acknowledgment of current constraints. It expects a clear strategy, even a modest one, accompanied by realistic commitments and regular progress monitoring.
Trust is built through transparency, but it is maintained through execution and results. This is the point on which the community is now awaiting answers.
5) $TCT - BEP-20 (2025–2026 direction + “no money” actions)
We are also establishing a clear direction to move forward.
For 2025 and 2026, we will focus on one ecosystem model built around:
$TCT + Tupan Carbon Credits + VIP Member Program.
There will be no new earning models, no constant pivots, and no distractions from this core strategy.
Also: we are not building solely around a carbon narrative. Our long-term vision is Regenerative Commodities & Food Security. Carbon Credits are the operational bridge to restore liquidity and rebuild the ecosystem.
6) Finally, a request to the community.
I fully understand that many are not in a position to invest again, and many are hurt by past experiences and have no interest in putting any penny more into the market. That deserves respect.
However, there is a contribution that costs zero: distribution – Follow, Like, Comment, Share, Repost. Use referral links, and introduce businesses are all actions that directly support ecosystem growth. Without distribution, nothing moves.
Everyone is free to choose their path. Some will move on, with no hard feelings from Tupan Team. Some will stop and wait others do the work for them, and that’s right as well. And those who want to build something great, will actively find opportunities to do so. For all, the doors remain open.

His fate then tips into absolute solitude. The situation deteriorates day by day, and he becomes a savior forced to push everyone forward, alone, with no one to help him. No one to carry the burden beside him. No one to give momentum. He is the sole engine of a sinking ship, captain and crew in one.
Secured but weakened, deprived of collective momentum, exhausted by the weight of an entire project on his shoulders alone, he faces the 2020 agricultural crash. The family team, loyal but out of its depth, cannot absorb the shock. The project fades.
Feriani vanishes in silence. Not out of cowardice, but because a misunderstood genius, abandoned by his own, condemned by another's mistakes, and exhausted from carrying everything alone, will not stoop to comment on the collapse of a dream the world was not ready to receive.
Yet, where all seems lost, a glimmer remains. The only path to resurrection for this project would be for Feriani to rebuild a team, no longer familial or circumstantial, but in his own image: experts of equal caliber, seasoned in hybrid finance, capable of understanding his vision without him having to translate it. That would be the end of the genius's solitude. That would be the hope that the dream might one day find shoulders strong enough to carry it alongside him.
I no longer expect anything from this project .
So many promises , buying hubs , buying more tokens , staking tokens, then buying some more tokens to help the growth of the project etc...,
to end up as a "failed project".
Those who were the scammers sold their tokens on the 1st migration.
My only focus now is on regulated tokens....
