As we explained during our December 2024 Live session, the 20% buyback and buyback-and-burn mechanism refers specifically to the B2B operations of the $TCT.
This means:

20% of all $TCT (B2B) transaction volume is allocated to
→ buyback of TCT (B2C) or
→ buyback & burn of TCT (B2C).


In other words, while the slide highlights the buyback mechanism connected to $TCT, the direct beneficiary of this mechanism is TCT (B2C).
So yes — the TCT (B2C) is indeed included in the model: it is the asset that receives economic reinforcement through buyback and burning, using funds coming from the $TCT (B2B) market.

We will update the slide to make this clearer visually, showing explicitly that the buyback/burn process is directed toward TCT (B2C).

Hey everyone, here’s the latest update.

We have officially signed the NDA, and the business synergy with RECOVR in the distressed credit space is fully confirmed. PHL Vision Hedge Fund is now acquiring carbon credits through $TCT to collateralize and securitize their distressed debt operations.

Here’s what is happening at this stage.

The RECOVR team has already secured several distressed debt contracts and is currently negotiating settlements with the creditors. Once those agreements are finalized, PHL Vision will raise capital from investors to settle the bank debts and purchase $TCT directly, using it as the underlying collateral for their structure.

As soon as that capital is deployed, we begin the official $TCT BuyBack exactly as described in the roadmap.

This is more than a simple token burn. It is an asset-backed mechanism that connects RECOVR, PHL Vision, $TCT, and the carbon credit market in a single integrated cycle.

This phase marks the beginning of real circulation. You will see $TCT being bought back, held, or burned depending on treasury decisions and the staking strategy.
