1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have. Perception of strength is as important as actual strength. Leverage psychological warfare.

2. Never go outside the expertise of your people. Keep actions within the capabilities of your group to maintain confidence and cohesion.

3. Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy. Push opponents into unfamiliar territory where they are uncomfortable and prone to mistakes.

4. Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. Hold opponents to their stated principles, forcing contradictions and hypocrisy to the surface.

5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. Mockery and derision are highly effective because they provoke emotional reactions and cannot be easily countered.

6. A good tactic is one your people enjoy. Engagement and morale are sustained when activists find joy in their work.

7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Keep strategies fresh to maintain momentum and avoid predictability.

8. Keep the pressure on. Never let up. Constant, unrelenting action prevents opponents from recovering or adapting.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself. Fear of potential action can be more effective than action itself.

10. If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive. Agitation and conflict can be leveraged to create change.

11. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. A movement must offer solutions, not just opposition.

12. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Isolate opponents, make them the face of the problem, and apply relentless pressure.

Using rhetoric similar to that of the NSDAP, the KPD declared: “We Communists are fighting against … the larcenous Treaty of Versailles, the beginning of the enslavement of all working people in Germany.” The KPD promised that “in the event we achieve power, we will declare all Germany’s pledges in the Treaty of Versailles to be null and void.” Hearing such promises parroted, many working-class people probably asked themselves whether they wouldn’t be better off simply voting for the original.

The KPD’s proclamation also contained passages capable of appealing to anti-Semites: “The big merchants, the magnates of commercial capitalism, are driving small merchants to ruin, throwing thousands of employees out onto the street, destroying hundreds of thousands of middle-class existences, exploiting farmers, and driving up the prices of articles of mass consumption.” The Communists promised that they would immediately nationalize the banks and the German wholesale trade, free working people “from criminal profiteers,” and “smash all speculative investment with an iron fist.” Phrases like these sounded a lot like Adolf Hitler. In the spring of 1932, the KPD went on to echo his demands that Germany leave the League of Nations and lead the fight against the “plundering invasion of international finance capital and its German money collectors.” The Communists also insisted on the return of all the lands Germany had lost after the war, when it had been “territorially mutilated.”

🇺🇸🇺🇦Ukraine has been thrown back 100 years as a result of the war, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview with American journalist Megyn Kelly.

"Ukraine has been set back 100 years; its energy grid has been destroyed... And how many Ukrainians have left Ukraine and are now living in other countries? They may never return," Rubio said.

He also believes that the Biden administration has given false hopes of returning Ukraine to its pre-war borders.

"There is one lie - we were told that Ukraine would not only defeat Russia, but destroy it, completely pushing it back to the borders of 2012 or 2014, to Crimea and other territories. But the reality is this: for a year and a half now, Ukraine has been asking for funding to maintain a dead-end, protracted conflict," the Secretary of State said.

"The president's position is that this is a protracted conflict and it needs to end. And it needs to be ended through negotiations. In all negotiations, the parties have to give up something," Rubio added.

According to him, "both sides have an incentive to end the conflict. It will not end with the achievement of the maximalist goals of one of the sides."

Rubio also made it clear that the war in Ukraine has strengthened Russia.

"If you look around the world, I would say that in many cases our adversaries are stronger than they have ever been, and have gotten stronger in the last four years. Certainly Russia does not consider itself weaker than it was four years ago. They now control territory that they did not have when Donald Trump left office," the US Secretary of State said.
