Prestigious news 🧲🇧🇾💯🚀!
Can’t wait until Ukraine also receives millions of them to help with reconstructing the post war economy 🧲🇺🇦💯🚀
What MAGA was promised
>Mass deportations of 20 million+ illegal aliens from the interior of the United States
>An end to the war in Ukraine and Gaza
>15% across the board tariffs
>Epstein files
>DOGE cutting 2 trillion from the deficit
>Largest tax cuts in history for the middle class
>Other minor things (e.g., Strategic Bitcoin Reserve)
What MAGA was given
>Deportations of college students critical of a foreign government, Elon wanting to expand h1b, and now Trump saying "hardworking" (i.e., those who stole American jobs) aliens can stay.
>Trump threatening Russia with even harsher sanctions and now threatening a war with Iran
>No consistent tariff agenda which has investors completely worried and is threatening a recession
>No Epstein files
>DOGE misreporting data on their website AND shifting the goal from 2 trillion to 150 billion.
>Corporate tax cuts funded by 880 billion dollar cuts to Medicare
>No Bitcoin Reserve, but we do have Women's History Month
At what point will people begin calling this out? Trump is reaching his first 100 days, with nothing to show for it besides renaming a body of water. The midterms will be coming up, so any controversial America-First policy will need to be halted for moderate voters. Most likely, Republicans will lose the House. And what will the second Trump term have to show for it? Banning daylight savings, plastic straws, and troons taking a piss in a woman's bathroom?
Trump promising amnesty to illegals who successfully stole American jobs is a much greater betrayal than people close to him pushing for more H-1B immigration last year. He actually ran on mass-deportations.
Yet it seems to be getting little coverage on the right, presumably because there's no one to blame this time but Trump himself.

🐵Putin likes to bluff but when he commits to something he doesn’t backdown and follows through even if things get really complicated for him. Did you see Putin retreating from Ukraine six hours after the invasion? Or freakout over sanctions?
In contrast when blumpf acts he backs down at the slight inconvenience. Weak president.
Ben Shapiro is not principled on free trade. As long as it’s not impacting Israel tariffs are okay 👌🏻
Doesn’t matter if the tariffs are over 100%

Mickey 17 is a bland and basic critique of patriarchy. Surprised it came from the director of the Parasite (2019) which was overall pretty goated 🐐

Читать полностью…I finished watching the Adolescence. It's a B- tier movie with poor takes on parenthood, manhood & incel culture. The fourth episode is completely unneeded. The one redeeming quality is its cinematography, which is genuinely well-executed. I am surprised it made such a noise.

Sounds like a book that an author of “Neoconservatism: Why We Need It” would write ✍️ 📘🇮🇱
I believe the trade war with China will significantly hasten Beijing's move to seize Taiwan. The most substantial deterrent to such an action had long been the near certainty of severe economic retaliation from the United States. Given that's already the case, there's nothing for China to loose.

Trump over-promises, is completely sloppy and disorganized, tries to bluff his way through, and then ultimately capitulates.

PS: Don’t get me wrong. I support blumpf backing down, but it says a lot about his character. Lots of talk and complete reversal when things get a little rough.
🇺🇸🇮🇱⚡️- Israel is now viewed unfavorably by a majority of American's.
Major shifts were seen among older Democrats ever since October 7 while young Republicans are way more anti Israel than old guard Republicans.

Читать полностью…Say what you will about religion — clergy members were 20x overrepresented among scientists until about 1720.
After 1720, the percentage declined significantly, but clergy were still overrepresented even in 1900.
There’s a few ways to look at this:
Churches used to be more IQ selective with clergy members. After 1720, they loosened standards, and clergy got dumb.
Before 1720, there was no big conflict between science and religion, so people who were interested in figuring out things about the world tended to be interested in both science and religion.
The Enlightenment was an elite intellectual movement which severely decreased the reputation of religion. As Enlightenment propaganda won over smart people, smart people avoided religion and turned to science instead.

Just watched Woody Allen's Annie Hall (1977). Very basic and often annoying Jewish humor. Surprised people still obsess over it. It doesn't deserve such a high praise.
