it doesn't take extra work when you leave bootstrap checkbox enabled after it's added to UBports installer (https://github.com/ubports/installer-configs/pull/280 is merged), seems you already found that though

Not all miracast 'receivers' work with UT. We know the Microsoft one works, as well as some TV's. But with some it just doesn't, due to differences in how they implemented the protocol.

the devices pages are hardly truth tables (and sometimes not updated for months or even years by porters after updates), I'd still ask in QA group since it's generally known to be working and perhaps even tested more frequently there

it could also be your miracast receiver is just not properly supported under UT in general

in that case i wonder if it would take extra work or not to install UT on the Rabbit. I think i ran a third-party port of android on it prior to installing UT.
