Israel condemns black partition walls around its pavilions at Paris Air Show

French authorities ordered black partition walls erected around some Israeli defense industry exhibits at the Paris Air Show, a move denounced by Israel’s Defense Ministry, which demanded an immediate reversal.

A French appeals court had ruled Friday against activist groups who sought to block Israeli companies from participating in the show due to the war in Gaza. The Paris Air Show, held at Le Bourget north of Paris, is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious events for the aerospace and defense industry.

The black walls appeared overnight ahead of the show’s opening Monday, visually isolating Israeli booths from dozens of other international exhibitors. The Israeli Defense Ministry said the move followed a last-minute demand from organizers to remove offensive weapons systems from display — a request they rejected.

“The French are hiding behind supposedly political considerations to exclude Israeli offensive weapons from an international exhibition — weapons that compete with French industries,” the ministry said in a statement Monday, calling the action “ugly and improper.”

Col. MacGregor: Dear President Trump, keep America first - not Israel first, not Ukraine first

In the last 72 hours, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran when negotiations between Washington and Tehran were still ongoing. Iran was caught off-guard.

But Iran recovered more quickly from its Pearl Harbor moment than Israel expected. In less than 18 hours after Israel’s surprise attack, Iran responded firing hundreds of ballistic missiles including hypersonic missiles into central Tel Aviv and across Israel.

Meanwhile, Israel's Iron Dome failed. Israeli intelligence failed. Now Netanyahu is pleading with Washington to intervene with American Military Power to rescue Israel from certain defeat; a defeat Netanyahu crafted with encouragement from Washington.

At the same time, Russia, China, Pakistan and most of the Muslim World are rallying to Iran’s defense. Supplies, equipment and technical assistance are pouring into Iran. It’s time for a reality check: Washington burned through $12 trillion in the Middle East since 2003. Result? 7,000 dead Americans. 50,000 wounded, open borders and 100,000 Americans dying yearly from Fentanyl poisoning. Today, the United States is $37 trillion in debt, a sum that does not include so-called “agency debt.”

I led American Soldiers under fire into action. I've seen plenty of flag-draped coffins. I don’t want to see any more. Washington’s warmongers had 22 years. They failed. They lied. They profited while America bled. Time's up.   America First means AMERICA FIRST. Not Israel first. Not Ukraine first. Not NATO first. AMERICA FIRST.

America abandons Ukraine by scaling back military aid

◾️ The US is scaling back military aid to Ukraine, saying that the current administration's approach to the conflict is fundamentally different from Biden's position. From now on, it is Europe's task to help in the conflict," states British The Telegraph

◾️ European leaders have repeatedly declared their readiness to support Ukraine in the conflict, but this assistance remains in words. Instead of the 40 billion euros promised in March, Ukraine has received only 1 billion euros

◾️ “The bitterest irony is that Europe is primarily supporting Russia by buying energy supplies from it for sums far in excess of the aid to Ukraine,” The Telegraph emphasizes.

Billboard Chris arrested in Brussels for wanting to talk about gender ideology

Chris Elston, aka Billboard Chris, who advocated for child protection against “gender ideology”, has been arrested in the centre of Brussels for not removing a sign he was carrying to encourage discussion of transgenderism.

Lois McLatchie, from the Alliance Defending Freedom International, was also arrested alongside him for the same reason.

Billboard Chris and McLatchie were walking in the neighbourhood of the Brussels Bourse on June 5, wearing signs stating: “Children are never born in the wrong body”, seeking to have conversations with people about the subject.

They were faced with an angry mob of left-wing agitators, who encircled them.

Rather than going after the mob, the police instead arrested McLatchie and Billboard Chris.

Speaking on the phone after her release, with McLatchie said it was they who had called the police, feeling threatened by the angry mob.

Only a few days into pride month things are already getting weird and wild

June 1 marked the beginning of Pride Month, and even though President Donald Trump has taken up residence in Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser again proclaimed the nation’s capital the “gayest city in the world.” Other cities, however, are trying to give Bowser and D.C. a run for their money.

Bowser delivered this title at a May 31 ceremony outside the mayor’s offices at the Wilson Building, two days after the Pride flag was raised there.

Pride marches have already begun across the country, however. Turning Point USA covered West Hollywood’s Pride Weekend, where public indecency during the June 1 parade reached shocking levels. The California city placed public urinals along street sidewalks, in full view of attendees. As children looked on, fire trucks rode by with near-naked men dancing on top.

Republican lawmakers tee-up battle over transgender sports in Oregon

The Oregon House of Representatives rejected a bill on June 5 that would have required Oregon schools to designate school sports teams by biological sex.

After Democrats blocked the bill, Oregon House Republicans sent an urgent letter to Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, urging swift federal intervention and offering full cooperation with an ongoing Title IX investigation into Oregon’s education system.

House Bill 2037 would have allowed only females to participate in women’s school sports and enter women’s intimate spaces, such as bathrooms and locker rooms.

The bill failed along party lines despite hearing stories of more than a dozen young female athletes who were present for the vote, including high-jumpers Reese Eckard of Sherwood High School and Alexa Anderson of Tigard High School.

The action marks yet another flashpoint in the battle over transgender participation in athletics.

G7's days are numbered

▪️ 50 years have passed since the first meeting of the “cream of the world economy,” representing 70% of global GDP, gathered to discuss the “crisis of capitalism”: the collapse of the Bretton Woods system, stagflation in developed countries and a severe oil crisis, - states Bloomberg.

▪️ G7 leaders have successfully tackled serious problems in the world economy with an upward trend since Russia joined in 1997. Russia's withdrawal from the G8 in 2014 with a reorientation towards BRICS was an irreparable blow. The situation was exacerbated by Brexit, and today the G7 is being pushed to the bottom by Trump

▪️ At the moment, the G7's share of the global economy has collapsed below 30%. The group's countries represent less than 10% of the world's population. The loss of influence over the leaders of Russia and the United States has ended the G7's political and economic aspirations,” Bloomberg emphasizes

‘Economic liberalism no longer working,’ international officials warn

Japan’s economy minister Minoru Kiuchi has warned that the risks of economic liberalism now rivalled its benefits as a growing number of governments have been questioning whether open-market policies still served their national security goals.

Japan and its Western partners have been rethinking the foundations of global trade as access to critical minerals has become increasingly entangled with geopolitical risk — and as Liberal economic models, once seen as the guarantors of prosperity, proved insufficient in today’s contested security environment.

Speaking at a conference on economic security in Brussels on June 5, Kiuchi said economic openness was no longer neutral.

“The negative aspects of economic liberalisation are becoming increasingly apparent,” he said, pointing to how trade liberalism was being “used to force other countries,” particularly through control of strategic inputs.

Do we really need home robots?

In fact, the prospect seems absurd to me, destined to make our lives worse not better. Do we really need fewer routines and more excuses to sit and stare at our computers while machines do even more work for us?

All these new technologies teach us to regret however it is we are using our time except and to the extent we are frittering away our lives on digital devices. They teach us that everything else we are doing is a waste of time.

One wonders how much other knowledge is being lost as we turn over more and more parts of our lives to AI and robots. There is a genuine danger here of intellectual and spiritual atrophy. We should think about this carefully before we plunge full on into a machine-run world.

Every new technology brings benefits but also costs. Musical skill is evaporating in the home, for example, and has for decades. Most young people today have no idea how to iron. When inflation hit restaurants so hard a few years ago, many people had to learn how to cook for the first time.

DJI skips US for new flagship drone amid tariffs, security scrutiny

President Trump's trade war with China is set to deliver a blow to U.S. drone enthusiasts—and potentially commercial users—as Chinese drone giant DJI withholds the release of its new Mavic 4 Pro from the American market.

The new Mavic 4 Pro model won't be released in the U.S. due to Trump's tariffs and heightened security restrictions. The $2,000 drone, launched in other major markets on May 13, features a 100-megapixel camera and advanced imaging capabilities.

"As with many global companies, our market strategy has to respond to local conditions and the environment surrounding the industry," DJI told Nikkei, adding, "We are monitoring the situation and proactively looking for a solution."

Democrats and leftists are more mentally unstable than conservatives

Conducted by researchers from Tufts and Yale Universities, the study published April 30 found that conservatives self-reported having higher rates of “positive” mental health than their liberal counterparts. According to a graphic summarizing the data released by left-wing election statistician Nate Silver, 51% of conservatives described themselves as having “excellent” mental heath, while only 20% of liberals said the same.

A similar dynamic also exists among those who self-reported having bad mental health. A whopping 45% of self-described liberal respondents described their mental well-being as “poor,” while just 19% of self-described conservatives offered the same response.

Consider leftists’ unhinged obsession with chemically and surgically castrating minors and allowing female-identifying men to compete in women’s sports. Or their addiction to blaming “racism” on any disparity between white and non-white Americans, the latter of whom they view as “oppressed.” Or their willingness to vilify traditional forms of masculine behavior as “toxic” and tout feminists’ “girl boss” attitude.

Under this “social justice warrior” lifestyle, the “cause” takes precedence above all else.

Ukraine turns on Poland over WW2 massacre commemoration

Ukraine has criticised Polish plans to establish a remembrance day for Poles massacred by Ukrainians during the Second World War.

The Ukrainian Government on June 5 said the idea of such a day of remembrance “flies in the face of the spirit of good neighbourly relations”.

On the same day, Poland’s parliament voted overwhelmingly in favour of creating a “Day of Remembrance of Poles” who were victims of “the crime of genocide of over 100,000 committed by the [Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists-Ukrainian Insurgent Army] OUN-UPA in the Eastern Borderlands of the Second Polish Republic” to be held annually on July 11.

The choice of July 11 was guided by the fact that it was on that day in 1943, known as “Bloody Sunday” in Poland, that the killings hit their peak, with the OUN and UPA attacking Poles in dozens of locations, including churches.

Poland has long regarded the wartime massacres by Ukrainian nationalist groups as genocide and parliament has previously recognised them as such.

Ukraine rejected that. While it acknowledged the killings of ethnic Poles, it argued that they did not amount to genocide and pointed to violence and other forms of repression carried out by Poles against Ukrainians.

Teen suspended and dubbed a racist for saying ‘illegal alien’ wins $20K, apology from school

There’s justice for a North Carolina teen wrongly suspended and branded a racist for using the phrase “illegal alien.”

Last year, 16-year-old Christian McGhee of Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina, was given an English assignment: Write about aliens. Being an intelligent lad, Christian asked the teacher a logical question: “Like space aliens or illegal aliens who need green cards?”

A Hispanic classmate had heard his innocent question and threatened to “kick his a**.”

Next thing you know, Christian was dragged to the assistant principal’s office and suspended for three days, even though his classmate insisted he’d been joking about the butt-kicking and wasn’t offended in the slightest, and even though Christian was just trying to clarify what the teacher wanted.

After a year of legal wrangling, the Davidson County school district has now settled with the teen, pending a judge’s approval. As the Carolina Journal reports, the school board will remove all references to racial bias in the teen’s school record, offer a public apology for “the mischaracterization of racial bias,” and provide $20,000 in compensation.” The money will help pay for Christian to attend a new private school.

Dollar down, gold up

The dollar’s trade weighted index just hit multi-year lows. To make things worse, Israel attacked Iran overnight, escalating ME tensions. Comex gold is waking up to the implications

Last week, it was silver. This week it is gold. In European trade this morning, gold was $3416 having hit a high of $3443 in Asia overnight, up $112 on last Friday’s close. Silver was $36.25, below its Monday high of $36.88, up 23 cents on balance over the same timeframe. That leaves the gold-silver ratio at 94.

We have seen the remarkable dichotomy of gold close to all-time highs while open interest on Comex has indicated that futures remain oversold.

Overnight, Israel attacked Iran’s nuclear facilities, seemingly to force the US into joining it in a new war against Iran. The situation is likely to escalate. Non-essential US personnel have been evacuated from Iraq and other bases in the region and oil prices have spiked, WTI hitting $77.60 overnight, up from under $56 in early-May.

This could be the wake-up call for US hedge funds to buy gold futures, the oversold position being due to their non-participation so far in gold’s recent strength. This contract’s open interest has the potential to expand by 150,000—200,000, which would drive gold considerably higher and cause serious pain for the shorts.

According to US Treasury TIC figures for March, foreign ownership of dollars and underlying financial assets total $39.6 trillion. That is a measure of selling pressure, and it’s even causing officials at the ECB to speculate that the dollar’s misfortune could lead to a greater international role for the euro. Maybe, but it seems almost certain that risk-off for the dollar is risk-off for all fiat currencies, benefiting currency exchange rates with real money without counterparty risk, which is gold.

Trump vetoed Israeli plan to kill Iran's supreme leader, US officials say

President Donald Trump vetoed an Israeli plan in recent days to kill Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, two U.S. officials told Reuters on Sunday.

"Have the Iranians killed an American yet? No. Until they do we're not even talking about going after the political leadership,"

said one of the sources, a senior U.S. administration official

The officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said top U.S. officials have been in constant communications with Israeli officials in the days since Israel launched a massive attack on Iran in a bid to halt its nuclear program

They said the Israelis reported that they had an opportunity to kill the top Iranian leader, but Trump waved them off of the plan

After Saturday reports widely said that Israel requested direct US military assistance in attacking Iranian nuclear sites, President Trump has begun to change the White House tune a little, as he now says it's 'possible' the US 'could get involved' in the Israel-Iran conflict.

We need a ‘kill switch’ on foreign powers tampering with our electric grid

It has long been acknowledged that the United States’ energy infrastructure isn’t particularly secure, a concern exacerbated by the lack of a central planning process for our nation’s piecemeal electric grid. Presidential administrations and Congress have been slow to address the problem, apparently daunted by the mere size and scope of the challenges the needed upgrades would present.

That needs to change now. The recent news that China apparently installed hidden “kill switches” in solar equipment sold to the U.S. was the latest in a long list of reasons to be concerned about our electricity infrastructure and the foolhardy rush to replace traditional energy sources with so-called “renewables” using technology that is often sourced from China.

While U.S. security experts should be lauded for discovering the Chinese “kill switches,” how many security threats have gone undetected? So-called “renewable” technologies like wind and solar were already suspect in regard to their reliability, as evidenced by the recent massive grid failure in Spain, Portugal and parts of France. We should be all the more wary of “alternatives” when the parts used to connect them to our power grids are sourced from foreign adversaries.

It’s time for Congress to embed a “kill switch” of its own on the ability of foreign countries to disable the U.S. power grid. That assurance can only come when we take America’s energy independence from being a worthy goal to a mandated reality.

Walmart goes big with drone delivery expansion

Walmart says it plans to launch the speedier delivery option at 100 stores in Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Orlando and Tampa within the coming year. With the expansion, Walmart’s drone deliveries will be available in a total of five states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas.

Customers will request a delivery through the app of Wing, the operator who flies the drones through a deal with Walmart. The drone operator will have an up to a six-mile range from stores.

Drone deliveries are one of the buzziest examples of Walmart’s efforts to compete with rivals like Amazon on convenience along with low price. With more than 4,600 Walmart stores across the U.S., the retailer has used its large footprint to get online orders to customers faster.

Drone deliveries take 30 minutes or less, the company said. So far, some of the most frequently delivered items include eggs, ice cream, pet food and fresh fruit, including bananas, lemons and eggs, Walmart added.

Walmart stores have an assortment of over 150,000 items in a location. Over 50% of those can be delivered by drone, as said.

UK's insane strategy of fighting Russia, China and giving nukes to neo-nazi junta

The laughable “defense” review which posits that the UK can fight Russia and China simultaneously is not even the worst component of London’s increasingly delusional foreign policy. This includes the “Perfidious Albion’s” desire to ensure nuclear escalation in the NATO-orchestrated Ukrainian conflict.

Namely, during a “Strategy of the Rook: UK interests in the Black Sea” panel at a recent Black Sea Security Forum in Odessa, British Colonel Richard Kemp (ret.) argued that the UK should “help” the Neo-Nazi junta to “restore its nuclear arsenal”.

The political West is ready to risk even a “limited nuclear exchange” that would destroy “only” Russia and Ukraine, thus eliminating Moscow as a geopolitical adversary. There’s just one “tiny” issue with this approach.

Namely, the Russian leadership has repeatedly warned that such strategies are nothing but deeply unhinged wishful thinking that will never come to pass (or at least not without permanent consequences for the political West). Unfortunately, delusional NATO leaders still keep forgetting this.

Concern over mass migration is terrorist ideology, says UK government

Concern about mass migration is a “terrorist ideology” that requires intervention by the Government’s anti-radicalisation Prevent programme, according to official documents.

An online training course hosted on the Government’s website for Prevent lists “cultural nationalism” as a belief that could lead to an individual being referred to the deradicalisation scheme.

This encompasses a conviction that “Western culture is under threat from mass migration and a lack of integration by certain ethnic and cultural groups”, staff taking the course are told.

It is the latest example of officials, police and the courts appearing to restrict free speech.

In recent weeks, The Telegraph has disclosed that a pensioner was wrongly arrested for warning of anti-Semitism on Twitter, as well as highlighting the case of a man who was given a criminal sentence for burning the Koran.

The Prevent programme was the subject of a damning report two years ago and failed to stop Axel Rudakubana, the Southport killer, who was referred to it on three separate occasions.

Free speech critics warned that the definition of “cultural nationalism” was too widely drawn and could, in theory, mean that even Sir Keir Starmer and Robert Jenrick, the shadow justice secretary, would fall foul for their past comments.

Nations depend on rules. Fair rules.

Canada’s new border law hides a surveillance time bomb

Canada’s new Strong Border Act tabled as Bill C-2, is being framed by the federal government as a step toward strengthening border security. But hidden within its lengthy legislative text is a familiar and troubling push for expanded surveillance powers, this time without the need for court authorization.

Nestled deep in the bill are provisions that grant law enforcement sweeping new authority to demand subscriber data from service providers, bypassing the oversight mechanisms long seen as essential to protecting Canadians’ privacy.

The bill revives the “lawful access” agenda, one that law enforcement agencies have been pursuing since the late 1990s. These digital access provisions are not new, but their inclusion in a border-focused bill appears to be a calculated effort to quietly reintroduce them under a different guise. Despite being repeatedly rebuffed by public opposition, parliamentary committees, and Canada’s highest court, the drive to erode digital privacy protections continues.

The human rights campaign. Which humans? Which rights?

Why does Uber make videos where people say, “I’m non-binary or genderqueer”? And why does Lockheed Martin fund floats at pride parades? Because companies want to raise their score on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Corporate Equality Index.”

Equality is a good thing. But the Human Rights Campaign? That’s something else.

“They have nothing to do with actual human rights,” says Robby Starbuck. “They’re an LGBTQ+ advocacy organization that pushes topics about transgenderism into the workplace.” Starbuck uses his social media following to criticize the many companies that partner with the Human Rights Campaign.

The campaign “does great harm,” he says, because companies that want a high score must do things like pay for trans employees’ gender. People can debate the age when you’re considered competent to medically change your gender. What’s surprising is how many companies suck up to the Human Rights Campaign by paying for it. Google even brags about providing a “trans liaison” to help people transition.

Make it make sense: why are we punishing the farmers doing the right thing?

Why is it that the organic apple must wear a label, pay a certification fee, and carry a price premium—while the conventional apple, grown with chemical fertilizers and synthetic pesticides, is simply called an apple? What if we flipped that? What if the organic apple was just an apple—and the one grown with chemical inputs had to be labeled chemically grown? Why does the burden fall on the farmer doing the right thing, while the one using harmful practices skates by without warning, cost, or consequence?

Why does the farmer who’s working with nature—protecting our water, preserving our soil, and nourishing our communities—have to pay extra, while the farmer who’s polluting gets to do so for free? Why is the financial burden on the one not doing the damage?

Our rules make it harder to farm responsibly. A chemical farmer can spray right up to the edge of their fence line, but an organic farmer must give up 25 feet on all sides—and sell that buffer zone as non-organic. How does that make any sense?

Why is raw milk illegal in many states, while shelf-stable, ultra-processed food-like substances—linked to chronic disease—are perfectly legal? We’re afraid of the wrong bogeyman. We’re being lulled to sleep by the illusion of convenience, but there are real consequences: to our health, our water, our soil, and the survival of the American family farm.

U.S. electric vehicle adoption plummets

High battery maintenance costs, high purchase prices, and concerns about range continue to be major deterrents for U.S. consumers to consider buying an EV.

These key barriers have remained more or less the same in recent years. But this year three other factors have also played a role to result in the smallest share of American drivers considering an EV purchase—lower gasoline prices, the increasingly uncertain future of EV incentives such as tax credits and rebates, and politics.

Only 16% of U.S. adults reported in AAA’s 2025 survey that they are “very likely” or “likely” to purchase a fully EV as their next car. This compares to 25% in 2022, when gasoline prices of $5 per gallon incentivized more buyers to consider an EV purchase.

This year, the percentage of consumers indicating they would be “unlikely” or “very unlikely” to purchase an EV rose to 63%, up from 51% last year.

For many drivers, hybrid or plug-in hybrid vehicles could be more appealing than full battery EVs as they combine the advantages of traditional internal combustion engines with electric power, reducing range anxiety while providing an environmentally friendly alternative.
