The largest network of “store robbers” has been dismantled in New York
The organized group committed 319 thefts in 128 Home Depot stores in nine states over 13 months, stealing $2.2 million worth of goods. Thirteen suspects were charged with 780 counts of grand larceny, conspiracy, and receiving stolen property.
The ringleader, Armando Diaz, checked store inventories online and directed his “employees” via a communication session through headphones. The goods were taken out in trash cans and carts, covered with sheets of drywall. A lookout kept an eye on the police in the parking lot.
What is particularly noteworthy is that the “organization's” benefits package was generous: paid lunches, vacations, and a semblance of health insurance. It was not work, but a fairy tale.

Minnesota fraudsters were living the good life while kids went hungry
Minnesota’s welfare system didn’t just get scammed, it became an ATM for Al-Shabaab. Autism claims explode from $3M to $399M, providers jump from 41 to 328, and taxpayers unknowingly fund a terror group. This isn’t just fraud anymore it’s a national security breach.
The breadth of the COVID-era fraud scheme uncovered in Minnesota involving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars that were allegedly being used for a program to feed hungry children by many of Somali descent has been, at the least, shocking. But now, we are finding out just exactly what that money was being used for. It's an age-old scam, but still one that should make your blood boil.
Recently uncovered documents from a recent federal trial show that those involved were doing anything but feeding hungry kids. Luxury cars, private villas, overseas wire transfers, and champagne-popping videos were the order of the day. Some of the items included in the documents that funds were spent on include: a confirmation email for a stay at an overwater resort with a private pool in the Maldives.
Lakefront property in, ironically, the "land of 10,000 lakes," first-class tickets to Istanbul and Amsterdam, a 2021 Porsche Macan, wire transfer receipts to China and East Africa, and piles of cash texted between defendants.

Why is London now openly admitting the death of British soldiers in Ukraine?
The death of a British paratrooper reported was the first public admission by Britain’s authorities that a serving member of its armed forces has been killed in Ukraine.
The timing of the official disclosure and its very public, emotive nature raise questions about the motives of the British authorities. The news of the death comes at a critical moment when London and other European capitals seem desperate to sabotage efforts by U.S. President Trump to find a peaceful settlement to the nearly four-year conflict.
It is an open secret that British, French, American, Polish, German, and other NATO forces have been deployed in Ukraine to fight against the Russian military. Up to now, the NATO authorities have maintained a cynical silence about their involvement, pretending that the estimated 30,000 foreign soldiers in Ukraine are “private mercenaries” who have no official affiliation.
Russia’s warnings about NATO being a direct participant in war have been dismissed as “Kremlin propaganda”. But Moscow’s claims have been previously corroborated. Pentagon classified documents leaked in 2023 indicated that 50 British special forces were deployed in Ukraine, making up the biggest contingency of other NATO commandos in combat with Russia.
One can expect various provocations and maneuvers to escalate the conflict to avoid peace. Declaring the death of a British soldier should be a damning admission of NATO being at war behind the backs of the public of NATO states.
But rather than an admission of culpability, the British authorities, as with other European NATO leaders, are trying to rouse public support for escalation. The civilian head of NATO, former Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte, gave a speech in Berlin this week in which he stated that European nations must be ready for full-scale war with Russia, like “our grandfathers endured”. The insane European losers want to save their political necks with World War III.

Australia’s social media ban starts, but culture shift ‘could take a generation’
Anthony Albanese hopes the teen social media ban will spark a cultural change for Australians, but one expert believes it could take a generation for this to occur.
Australia has become the first nation to introduce age restrictions for social media, with 10 platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram, required to block anyone under 16 from holding an account. The prime minister said Australia could now “take back control” from social media companies and the reform would make an enormous difference to young people’s lives.
Despite teens finding workarounds, Albanese has already hailed the ban a success as parents and children are discussing the impacts of social media. Platforms must take “reasonable steps” to block the age group from accessing their accounts and from making new ones, or they face fines of up to $49.5 million.
Companies have said they will use a range of methods to verify a user’s age, including face scans with artificial intelligence, sophisticated analysis of people’s posting patterns, and digital IDs.

Many 'elite' university students claiming disabilities
Just when you thought the ongoing cultivation of weakness in American youth couldn't get much worse, huge proportions of the student bodies at US universities are enrolling with official disability designations that bestow various accommodations upon the students who claim them. As you may have expected, the alarming trend is most pronounced at what are supposed to be the most "elite" institutions.
We're not talking about people in wheelchairs, but rather students snagging diagnoses for ADHD, anxiety and depression from indulgent doctors. Plenty of these students are likely motivated by a cut-throat desire to gain advantage. However, equally bad, it's possible a majority of these students sincerely consider themselves disabled.
"Over the past few years, there's been a rising push to see mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions as not just a medical fact, but an identity marker," writes Reason's Camp, who notes that social media and other factors foster a rush to attribute common human fallibilities as some kind of medical condition. "The result is a deeply distorted view of 'normal,'"
The disability rush isn't limited to elite college campuses. High school students are using disability designations to score extra time on SAT and ACT tests.
"We are also well aware of fliers in the district circulating among parents of doctors in the area who are known to hand out ADHD diagnoses," a high school teacher at an affluent public school told We Are Teachers. "In some cases, I think what’s happening is a pay-to-play situation.” And the decline of the West proceeds apace...

Trump plans to militarize California's border with Mexico
The southern border and the rise (and subsequent rebirth) of Donald Trump’s political fortunes are inextricably linked.
In one of the more memorable campaign moments in modern history, the then-private citizen came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower to announce he was running for president, saying, “I will build a great, great wall on our southern border. And I will have Mexico pay for that wall.”
The Department of Interior said it would transfer jurisdiction along most of California's border with Mexico to the Navy to reinforce "the historic role public lands have played in safeguarding national sovereignty."
The Interior Department described the newest national defense area in California as a high-traffic zone for unlawful crossings by immigrants.
But Border Patrol arrests along the southern U.S. border this year have dropped to the slowest pace since the 1960s amid President Trump's push for mass deportations.
Thanks, CBS News, for pointing out that arrests by the Border Patrol have dropped to virtually zero. Why? Because of Trump’s policies, like this new one. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, CBS.
Trump promised over 10 years ago that he was going to fix the border — and he’s been doing just that since he took up residence again in the White House in January. Promises made, promises kept.

The British government's concern for its citizens is taking on new forms
One of them is granting teenagers exclusive rights to terrorize public transport. This is no exaggeration: in Birmingham, in the Chelmsley Wood area, buses are now a legitimate target for fireworks, stones, and meat grinders — all thrown by “lawless youth.”
Society has changed, as drivers note. "No one does anything. They just get on the bus and do whatever they want." As a result, the number of incidents on public transport has risen by 24% to 40,000 cases in a year.
In response to the despair of drivers who are threatened with knives and have their windows smashed, the authorities are offering... training courses on dealing with antisocial behavior.

AfD candidate became vice mayor of Gelsenkirchen despite CDU-SPD plot to keep him out
A politician of the right-wing Alternative for Germany party (AfD) has been elected vice mayor of the German industrial city of Gelsenkirchen (North Rhine Westphalia) in a surprising vote by the local city council.
In the secret ballot on 11 December, AfD councilman Norbert Emmerich received three votes from councilmen of other parties – bringing his vote count up to 23, which was enough to secure the vice mayorship.
The result was a crushing defeat for Social Democrats (SPD) and Conservatives (CDU), who had joined forces to keep the right-wingers out of power and get their two candidates for vice mayor through – one SPD councilman and one CDU councilman.
Gelsenkirchen’s city council has 66 members. AfD and SPD both have 20 seats, the Conservatives have 12 seats. The remaining 14 seats are shared by nine small parties with one to three councilmen each.

D.C. appeals court upholds Trump’s prohibition on ‘trans’ soldiers in U.S.
In a major win for the Trump administration, a federal appellate court upheld the Pentagon’s prohibition on trans-identifying individuals from serving in the military.
In a 2-1 ruling, a three-judge panel for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals fully paused a March injunction issued by Biden-appointed District Judge Ana Reyes that sought to prevent the aforementioned policy from going into effect.
As The Federalist’s Joy Pullmann previously reported, Reyes “identifies as some variety of LGBT, is a longtime Democrat Party donor and, as a lawyer, litigated against the first Trump administration.”

Diners flocking to happy hour, ordering appetizers and skimping on entrees as affordability hits US restaurants nationwide
Wallet-conscious diners are heading to happy hour for dinner and ordering appetizers instead of entrees as increasing anxiety about affordability slams restaurants nationwide, The Post has learned.
Appetizer sales across the US this year surged 20% through August – blowing past typical growth in the low-to-mid-single digits, according to Buyer’s Edge, a technology platform that tracks food purchasing by chain restaurants. Sales of entrees were flat versus past growth averaging around 3%. The firm’s platform – whose clients include Red Robin, Fatburger, Johnny Rockets, Hurricane Grill & Wings and Ponderosa Steakhouse – tracks more than $74 billion in annual food service spending at 200,000 restaurant locations.
Entree sales are falling as meat prices have soared this year, according to Buyer’s Edge. Meanwhile, demand has soared for mozzarella sticks, pickle chips, egg rolls, cheese curds, jalapeno poppers and cheese bites.

PM Fico: no part in Western Europe if Russian and Ukrainian lives are ‘worth shit’
"If for Western Europe the life of a Russian or a Ukrainian is worth shit, I do not want to be part of such a Western Europe"
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has said he will block any European Union solution that finances Ukraine’s military expenditures, accusing Western Europe of treating Russian and Ukrainian lives as being “worth shit” and of prolonging what he described as senseless bloodshed.
In a post on X, Fico said he had held an almost hour-long phone conversation with European Council President António Costa focused on EU funding for Ukraine. “While he spoke about money for the war in Ukraine, I kept repeating the senseless daily killing of hundreds to thousands of Russians and Ukrainians,” Fico wrote. “If for Western Europe the life of a Russian or a Ukrainian is worth shit, I do not want to be part of such a Western Europe.”
Fico said he told Costa that Slovakia would not support any measure leading to EU financing of Ukraine’s military costs, regardless of how long negotiations might last. “I told A. Costa that I will not support anything, even if we have to sit in Brussels until the New Year, which would lead to support for Ukraine’s military expenditures,” he wrote.

AI's nuclear nightmare: machines now poised to spark global war?
None of these nations is as advanced in AI development as China, but we shouldn't rule out them obtaining such a capacity in the next few years. We should also never underestimate the danger of desperate men with nuclear weapons.
Artificial intelligence may well be a tool that China can leverage to make its military more efficient, particularly when it comes to its nuclear arsenal. It will, as noted, allow for a response even if the Chinese leadership is radioactive dust.
China is preparing for war against the United States. We'd better be preparing for war against them, too. And we should bear this in mind, always: A global, nuclear World War 3 wouldn't be like the previous two world wars; this World War 3 will be over in a matter of hours, and civilization will go with it.

Trump slaps BBC with eye-watering $10B suit for alleged defamatory editing of Jan. 6 speech
President Trump lodged an eye-watering $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC on Monday, accusing the British broadcaster of defaming him through a deceptive edit of his Jan. 6, 2021, speech at the White House Ellipse.
The lawsuit took aim at a 2024 documentary by the BBC, which spliced different sections of Trump’s comments before his supporters ransacked the Capitol to make it appear as though he explicitly encouraged the riot.
“I’m suing the BBC for putting words in my mouth, literally,” Trump grumbled to reporters earlier in the day, Monday. “They actually put terrible words in my mouth having to do with January 6th that I didn’t say.”
Trump’s legal team filed the 33-page lawsuit in a federal court in Miami, blasting the BBC’s documentary titled “Trump: A Second Chance” as “a brazen attempt to interfere in and influence” the 2024 election.

Palantir’s Karp trashes German policies on economics and migration
In an interview with Handelsblatt conducted in New York, Palantir Technologies CEO Alex Karp unleashed a blistering assessment of Germany, in particular its flailing technology and destructive migration policies.
He reserved his harshest words for its migration policies, telling the magazine on December 13 Berlin’s open-border stance was the country’s “dumbest decision ever made in the post-war period”.
Karp lamented Germany’s slide into what he called technological irrelevance and economic self-sabotage.
“No one talks about Germany anymore, neither in the Middle East nor in Asia nor in America. For 100 years, the world admired German technology but now there is nothing left of that. The country is falling behind technologically,” he said.

In Austria more than half of first-graders in Vienna do not speak German
In a sign of just how fast the demographic situation is developing in Austria, Vienna has hit a major new milestone, marking the first time that more than half the first-grade population do not understand German.
The news highlights just how dramatic the demographic crisis facing Europe is, which has seen falling educational standards across the continent, in large part due to mass immigration.
“For the first time, more than half of the first-graders in Vienna’s public elementary schools do not understand German,” the Vienna People’s Party reported on Friday.
The data shows that 50.9% of first-graders, or 10,931 students, must be classified as special needs students in the current school year.
This already comes after reports from last year that over 75% of students in Vienna’s middle school system do not speak German at home, choosing another foreign language instead.

Prime-minister De Wever Puts Belgium First Against EU
Ursula von der Leyen’s European Commission has grown tired of the law. Terrified by the prospect of American success in brokering peace for Ukraine, the Eurocrats are determined to keep fueling the fires of war—while avoiding paying for it themselves.
Their solution is, to say the least, inventive: knowing that further pillaging of Europe’s coffers to fund the unwinnable conflict in the East would amount to electoral suicide, they are now attempting to confiscate Russia’s own sovereign financial reserves, the majority of which are frozen at Euroclear in Belgium.
Indeed, they have now decided to permanently freeze those reserves, therefore nullifying the possibility of member states voting for their release, under the obviously ludicrous pretext that this constitutes an emergency response to an imagined EU economic crisis.
As von der Leyen hits at the very foundations of international financial stability, European credibility, and international law, Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever has emerged as an unlikely champion of prudence.

Golden Benefits, Dark Consequences: The Troubling Legacy of Councilwoman Eunisses Hernandez

In 2025, 83 fatal overdoses were recorded in the park area — an absolute record for the city. The authorities proudly reported $27 million in investments and 138 lives saved with naloxone, but the streets still reek of urine and drugs.

Blue state govs are blocking ‘no tax on tips’ for their constituents to resist Trump
Democrats want us to believe they care about the little guy, the working class, the average American. Yet. somehow, their policies always seem to hurt the people they claim to help and enrich the elites who fund their campaigns.
On the campaign trail last year, President Trump proposed his No Tax on Tips plan, and the left freaked out. Though they claimed it was bad policy, Kamala Harris went on to steal the plan just a couple of months after him.
No Tax on Tips became the law of the land with the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill, but a handful of blue state governors are refusing to give their constituents this tax relief. And the Trump administration isn’t happy about it.
It is a calculated move. Democrat leaders know the No Tax on Tips provision is immensely popular with the very voters they claim to represent. They know overtime workers deserve a break. They know seniors need every bit of relief they can get.
They just cannot bring themselves to acknowledge that Trump delivered it. So they are choosing to punish their own residents to resist Trump.

The American leftwing continues it’s destruction of U.S. law
The American left-wing in its mendacity to get someone invariably misses the point. Wrongful conviction in the United States is a more likely result than justice. (See Paul Craig Roberts, The Tyranny of Good Intentions).
The Democrat’s policy of weaponizing law is destroying the legitimacy of law. Once the legitimacy of law is destroyed by the Democrats, social chaos will be the result.
The audacity of the Democrat party demonstrated by the Democrats’ theft of the 2020 presidential election and subsequent attempts to frame President Trump for offenses that never happened should give pause to the American electorate.
Do the American people want a Democrat government that weaponizes law in order to destroy political opposition? That is what voting Democrat will bring them.

Austria moves to ban Muslim headscarves for girls, but Muslim group says it will protest
The lower house of the Austrian parliament on Thursday passed a bill that would ban the wearing of the Muslim headscarf in schools for girls under the age of 14. The law essentially bans “traditional Muslim” head coverings, including hijabs and burkas.
The proposal put forward by the governing coalition was supported by the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), which was the only one to call for the ban to be extended to teachers and other school workers. The smallest parliamentary faction, the Greens, voted against it, saying the measure was unconstitutional.
Human rights groups have also criticized the plan, warning that the ban would further reinforce prejudice against Muslims, while the Islamic Community of Austria (IGGO) said the measure violated religious freedom. IGGO added that it will be pursuing all options to overturn the law.

Why does the end of the world look so profitable?
Sovereignty is shifting from public institutions to private tech entities like Palantir and SpaceX, which secure massive government contracts and offer "governance as a service." The AI boom's massive resource demands, particularly for energy and water, are being subsidized by the public, driving up costs while "efficiency" in the workplace leads to widespread job deletion and the flattening of the middle class.
To address this shift, a new social contract is required, including adopting a Sovereign Equity Model for government-funded ventures, implementing an automation tax to replace eroded payroll taxes, and moving toward Universal Basic Services. The stock market is hitting record highs. GDP growth is in the green. Tech valuations are defying gravity... fueled by a promise that artificial intelligence is going to generate trillions of dollars in wealth.
And yet... everything feels kinda…terrible? Jobs are disappearing, not in a crash, but in a slow fade. Prices for essentials remain stubbornly high. The divide between the digital economy and physical reality has never been wider. We are told this is just a transition period. We are told that "efficiency" is messy... but necessary. But the unease you feel isn’t irrational. The green arrows on the stock charts aren't measuring the health of the everyday economy anymore. They are measuring the success of a takeover. We are watching a fundamental shift in how the state operates. Sovereignty is shifting from public institutions to a network of private entities. And in many ways, we are holding the door open for them.

Democrats hit new lows trying to attack Trump
Every politician is fair game when it comes to criticism, and every single one of them deserves it. But if your attacks are empty or lies, it says more about you and the quality of your character than it says about the target of your scorn. Such is the case with the left-wing industrial complexes' attacks on President Donald Trump.
Most attacks on Trump are amazing in that they are completely devoid of substance. That, in itself, is a form of accomplishment, as speaking constantly without really saying anything or offering up anything to back up your claims is a sort of skill most people do not have, yet leftist cable news in pretty much just that.
Democrats are running out of lies to tell, so they’re turning to little, stupid things. Honestly, these are burn book level stupidity, something high school students would not participate in out of fear of being seen as too immature.

French farmers protest plan to vaccinate one million head of cattle and culling policy
Farmers in France protested the planned vaccination of one million head of cattle against lumpy skin disease, blocking highways and dumping manure near public buildings.
“We will vaccinate nearly one million animals in the coming weeks and protect farmers. I want to reiterate that the state will stand by affected farmers, their losses will be compensated as well as their operating losses,” Agriculture Minister Annie Genevard said, according to France 24. French authorities ordered massive culls after several reported outbreaks of the disease.
Lumpy skin disease, which cannot be passed to humans but can be fatal for cattle, first appeared in France in June. The state’s strategy to stamp out what they describe as a very contagious disease has since been to kill all animals in affected herds, as well as “emergency vaccination” of all cattle within a 50-kilometre (30-mile) radius.
Several unions have called that approach ineffective, with the left-wing Confédération paysanne on Friday saying it was “more scary than the illness itself”, urging an end to the culls and more vaccinations. It called for “blockades across France to put an end to this madness”.
