Harvard hired a transvestite named LaWhore Vagistan (formerly Kareem Khubchandani) as a visiting professor

In a July address to the student community, the educational institution welcomed the new teacher and announced that the visiting professor from Tufts University would be teaching in the Gender and Sexuality Studies program.

Professor “LaWhore Vagistan” and scholar considers his appearance to be an integral part of his pedagogy. Khubchandani will teach just two classes over the course of two semesters — “Queer Ethnography” in the fall and “RuPaulitics: Drag, Race, and Desire” in the spring semester, according to Harvard’s announcement.

Beware, New York! The red flag is already raised. Start planning your escape now

New Yorkers, beware. The storm isn’t coming - it’s already here. If the latest polls are accurate, Zohran Mamdani is on track to become your next mayor. And with him will come a radical agenda that will drain your paychecks, handcuff your police, and destroy your city’s future.

Mamdani wraps his agenda in words like “equity” and “fairness.” But peel back the packaging, and it’s a socialist wish list that would make AOC blush. His tax plan would push marginal rates up to 17 percent, leaving New York as one of the least competitive places to do business. That’s not a plan for growth; that’s a tax exit strategy for job creators.

His promises of “free” transportation for all rest on billions in speculative spending with no credible source of revenue, a blank check written on the backs of working families.

His housing proposals lean on aggressive rent control schemes that may sound compassionate but inevitably choke off supply, stall new construction, and push middle-class families further away from the city they love.

Trump's surprising swing in favor of sweeping 'duty free' Africa trade

In an unexpected move, the Trump administration has announced publicly that it supports renewing the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) for one year, and is interested in considering entering discussions on the long-term renewal of AGOA.

AGOA, which expired on September 30, was originally passed by Congress in 2000 and signed into law by President Bill Clinton. The legislation allows sub-Saharan African countries duty-free access to American markets, and gives the U.S. president the power to suspend countries that he believes fail to meet AGOA’s requirements, particularly as they relate to governance issues, human rights standards, and a failure to provide American companies beneficial access to African markets. It was last renewed in 2015.

As such, AGOA serves as the most comprehensive preferential trade arrangement between the United States and sub-Saharan African countries today, allowing duty-free access for over 5,000 goods from 32 African countries. That said, Rwanda’s AGOA eligibility remains partially restricted due to its government’s decision to increase trade barriers on American apparel products. Meanwhile, a group of 17 sub-Saharan countries have been entirely suspended from AGOA due to their failure, as determined by the U.S. president, to meet eligibility requirements.

Orbán accuses Tusk of “playing dangerous game” with claims Ukraine conflict is “our war”

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has hit out at his Polish counterpart, Donald Tusk, for declaring that the conflict in Ukraine is “our war”. Orbán accused Tusk of “playing a dangerous game”.

The Polish prime minister’s remarks came during a speech this week at the Warsaw Security Forum, a major summit in the Polish capital that was also attended virtually by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“This is our war,” said Tusk, referring to the conflict over Poland’s eastern borders.

“Dear Donald Tusk, you may think that you are at war with Russia, but Hungary is not. Neither is the European Union. You are playing a dangerous game with the lives and security of millions of Europeans. This is very bad!” wrote Orbán.

Climate alarmist Michael Mann steps down from UPenn climate role following a series of social media controversies

Dr. Michael Mann has resigned from his position at the University of Pennsylvania due to his inability to separate activism from academic responsibility. His resignation follows a series of controversies, including a social media comment that smeared a conservative activist, which ignited widespread backlash.

Mann's career has been marked by a pattern of controversy and legal overreach. He has gained notoriety for his role in the "hockey stick" graph, a contentious visualization of global temperature trends, and has repeatedly resorted to legal threats to silence critics. His lawsuits against skeptics have been widely criticized as attempts to stifle free speech.

The University of Pennsylvania's neutrality policy, which Mann cited as the reason for his resignation, highlights a growing tension between activism and academia. Universities are increasingly becoming battlegrounds for ideological conflicts, and Mann's departure suggests that some institutions are recognizing the need to reclaim their role as arbiters of objective inquiry.

Mann's resignation arrives at a pivotal moment in the climate debate, where the failures of alarmist predictions and the rising costs of green policies are fueling unprecedented skepticism. His exit underscores the fragility of a movement that has staked its legitimacy on fearmongering rather than empirical rigor.

“Democracy for sale”

WikiLeaks has published instructions on how to shape pro-Israel opinion in the US: $7,000 per post, $900,000 for influencers, and a total budget of $150 million.

Why persuade when you can simply buy an American user's feed?

Interestingly, while bloggers get paid thousands for “concept development,” Brad Parscale's artificial intelligence generates propaganda for $1.5 million a month. His bots write comments that are beneficial to Israel.

Joy Reid fears returning of slavery past, says earning money and leaving it to kids is “dangerous”

Trump hater Joy Reid appeared on Black Entertainment Television’s The Breakfast Club, where she claimed that working hard to earn more money and leave it to your own children is a major part of some sort of evil racist MAGA plot.

Reid took shots at conservative economic policies, in particular “Project Esther,” an obscure Heritage Foundation initiative which leftist conspiracists have decided is the big new nefarious scheme, framing it as a desire to revert to pre-20th-century America—a time before progressive reforms like the federal income tax, widespread business regulations, and estate taxes.

“If you go back before the 20th century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business, you could earn as much money as you want, leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes, that’s the world they want back,” Reid declared.

“Well, what we always have to remember is that when they say they want women back home, they don’t mean us, because they do want us in the home cooking for the white family. They want back the kind of world where the only time you saw a Black woman, she had a maid’s uniform on, and she was taking care of your children. And the only time they saw a Black man was when he was their butler or their driver.”

Pfizer offers price concessions, $70B US outlay in Trump's 'most favored nation' push

As Pfizer and other pharma giants faced a Monday deadline under President Donald Trump's "most favored nation" (MFN) drug pricing campaign, the world is now getting some clarity on what the president's arm-twisting has accomplished.

Pfizer has agreed to provide all of its prescription drugs on Medicaid at reduced MFN prices, Trump said at a Tuesday press conference announcing the accord.

Additionally, Pfizer plans to soon offer many of its drugs at a "significant discount" through a new federally operated direct-to-consumer (DTC) drug purchasing platform, TrumpRx.gov, the company said in a press release following the conference. Those DTC savings will range as high as 85% and come in at around 50% on average, the New York drugmaker explained.

Moving forward, Pfizer has committed to pricing any new medications in the U.S. at an MFN cost point aligned with prices in other key developed markets, and the company will also spend an additional $70 billion on onshore production and R&D "in the next few years." The company noted that it invested more than $83 billion in American biotech from 2018 through 2024.

Trump puts NYC infrastructure projects on hold due to shutdown

Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought announced on X that the Trump administration was withholding $18 billion in New York City infrastructure projects due to "unconstitutional DEI principles". Specifically, the Hudson Tunnel Project and the Second Ave Subway.

This comes as President Trump has stated his administration has more power during the shutdown to slash and burn spending that funds the Democratic Party machine.

The Trump administration "has concerns that the contracts awarded are inconsistent with civil rights laws and the U.S. Constitution because they were given based on racists DEI," according to a source familiar with the situation. "Thus, a review of contracts awarded under the Biden administration is required. Review is also paused because of the shutdown."

On Tuesday, the president warned that he could "get rid of a lot of things" that would heavily impact the Democratic Party, adding, "We can eliminate many things we didn't want ... and they'd be Democrat things."

Dem-aligned think tank blasted for Blinken appointment to board

A human rights organization is demanding answers about why the Center for American Progress — an influential center left think tank — awarded a board seat to former Secretary of State Antony Blinken despite his alleged complicity in war crimes in Gaza, according to an open letter.

The letter, drafted by DAWN, accuses Blinken of providing Israel with “essential military, political and public support to ensure it could continue its atrocities” in Gaza. “We believe that Mr. Blinken is not an appropriate choice to serve as a board member of an organization that aims to ‘promote peace and shared global prosperity’ in light of his well-documented role in aiding and abetting Israeli war crimes,” the letter says.

Raed Jarrar, DAWN’s advocacy director, said Blinken’s appointment “damages the reputation” of the Center for American Progress (CAP). “It's truly shocking for a non-profit in Washington DC to place someone like Blinken, with his shameful record, on their board of directors,” Jarrar said.

Poland detains Ukrainian for blowing up Nord Stream

A Ukrainian has been detained in Poland in connection with the 2022 Nord Stream gas pipelines explosions.

The man, wanted in Germany and who cannot be named under Polish law, was arrested yesterday in a Warsaw suburb on the basis of a European arrest warrant issued by a German court.

His attorney Tymoteusz Paprocki confirmed the detention and vowed a “very active” defence against his client’s extradition to Germany. The lawyer said his client would not comment on whether he played any role in the damaging of the Nord Stream pipeline.

Paprocki argued that, given Russia’s war in Ukraine, damaging infrastructure owned by a Russian State-controlled company should not be considered a “crime”.

German intelligence has indicated it believes the detained Ukrainian, reportedly a diving instructor, was allegedly directly involved in the blasts.

U.S. itself gave away its technology edge to China

For decades, American companies made a straightforward calculation: They would share their technology with Chinese partners in exchange for access to the world’s largest consumer market and its low-cost labor. General Motors, Intel, and thousands of other firms formed joint ventures that helped their Chinese partners learn advanced manufacturing techniques, chip design, and management practices.

It boosted profits for many of the biggest firms. But a new National Bureau of Economic Research working paper suggests the calculation was a collective mistake—one that left American workers, smaller companies, and the economy as a whole worse off.

In industries where more joint ventures formed in China, U.S. companies experienced declining sales, employment, investment, and innovation.

Using a detailed economic model, the researchers calculated that if the United States had banned joint ventures starting in 1999, American welfare would be 1.2% higher today. That may sound small, but across a $28 trillion economy it amounts to hundreds of billions of dollars. For China, the cost of such a ban would have been far steeper—a 10.3% reduction in welfare.

Shutdown with no end in sight

Forty-four Democrats voted Tuesday to block a House-passed spending plan just hours before a long-anticipated funding deadline, sending the federal government careening toward a full shutdown for the first time since 2013.

The full government shutdown began at 12:01 am EST.

The gambit is sure to please, if only temporarily, the radical Democrat base clamoring for further resistance to President Donald Trump’s government.

But with little incentive for Republicans to make concessions to Democrats, no apparent path for Democrats to exit the shutdown exists. And the plan is widely predicted to backfire, causing long-term damage to Democrats.

Only three Democrats, Sens. John Fetterman (PA), Catherine Cortez Masto (NV), and Angus King (I-ME), voted with a majority of Republicans for the bill, which failed 55 to 45, short of the 60 votes required. Republican Sen. Rand Paul (KY) voted against the bill. The same House-passed bill failed in the Senate just eleven days prior.

The Democrat blockade defeats a clean continuing resolution (CR) to keep the government open for seven weeks to allow bipartisan negotiations, underway for months between top appropriators, to continue.

Healthier school lunch movement gains momentum nationwide

In the months and years ahead, school cafeteria trays could look much different as some state and federal lawmakers push to restrict ultra-processed foods in K–12 public schools, under the premise of assisting students to be happier, healthier, and higher-achieving.

Arizona, California, Louisiana, Utah, and Virginia passed laws removing unhealthy products, ingredients, or food dyes from school cafeterias, with healthier choices being phased in within the next two academic years. Similar legislation is pending in Hawaii, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, according to the websites of their respective state legislatures.

Foods that are considered “ultra-processed” have an abundance of additives and preservatives and are linked to chronic health issues such as obesity and diabetes, according to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Make Our Children Healthy Again guidance.

“The American diet has shifted dramatically toward highly processed foods, leading to nutrient depletion, increased caloric intake, and exposure to potentially harmful or unhealthy additives,” the guidance reads.

Measure ULA shuts down new apartment construction in L.A.

New apartment construction in Los Angeles has all but shut down, thanks in part to Measure ULA, the so-called “mansion tax” that applies to all buildings, including apartments, that sell for $5.3 million or more.

Voters in Los Angeles passed Measure ULA in 2022, and were told that taxing the sales of “mansions” would fund the construction of low-income housing. But the tax took only a third of anticipated revenue, as sellers — responsible for paying the tax — took homes and other buildings off the market. One realtor said Measure ULA had lowered luxury home sales in L.A. by 40%. Commercial real estate deals fell by a similar amount.Worse yet, Measure ULA has slowed the rebuilding effort after the Palisades Fire, because it discouarages sales of real estate, as well as investment in new high-end projects.

Ironically, Measure ULA has made housing more expensive, not less, by restricting new supply, artificially. Other causes of the slowdown include tariffs on building materials, and immigration enforcement that some say will cut the supply of illegal immigrant labor for construction projects, forcing labor costs to rise.

Is von der Leyen untouchable? EP leadership blocks attempts of vaccine deal inquiry

Demands for an inquiry into the controversial Pfizer deal involving European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen have been dismissed in Brussels.

The governing body of the European Parliament rejected the call to have a committee formed to look into von der Leyen’s commitment of €35 billion for the US firm’s vaccines while withholding her text exchanges with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.

Under the leadership of the right-wing Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ), 182 MEPs backed the formation of a committee. They reached the quorum of 25% of the total number of MEPs needed to form the committee.

Despite that, the Conference of Presidents, the governing body of the European Parliament consisting of the chairmen of the political groups and the President of the European Parliament, rejected the call.

They refused to put the motion on the agenda, meaning it could not be voted on.

Rather than addressing the controversial and still hidden messages between her and Bourla, the EC chief called the MEPs opposing her “anti-vaxxers” and “Putin-apologists”.

Another shutdown casualty: medicare telehealth coverage

It’s got bipartisan support—and millions of Americans need it. But Congress keeps failing to lock in telehealth funding.

In 2001, Congress implemented partial Medicare coverage for telehealth, allowing remote visits with doctors and other forms of long-distance care—a response to the increasing need, in particular, for people in rural areas to reach specialists, and an essential service especially after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, when lawmakers expanded that coverage to a broad range of services now used by a quarter of the country’s 68 million Medicare users.

But Wednesday’s federal budget impasse has halted that funding—and unlike other, temporary service cuts brought on by the shutdown, telehealth won’t be restored for long just by bringing the government back online.

As a consequence of the temporary way it was funded, Congress has had to renew Medicare telehealth coverage roughly annually since 2021.

Medicare telehealth funds were tied to the failed continuing resolution for the federal budget, which would have funded government operations for just seven more weeks. But the repeated expirations of a program with bipartisan support, which Congress has repeatedly agreed to continue, look increasingly ridiculous to health care advocates and federal government observers.

Shutdown impact on energy sector: Drilling OK, renewables on fold

The Trump administration will keep oil and gas permitting moving unhindered, despite the federal government shutdown that began on Wednesday, while approvals for renewable energy projects will halt, according to Interior Department plans seen by industry media.

Staff at the Bureau of Land Management, which oversees 245 million acres of public land, have been exempted from furloughs to continue processing leases and drilling permits. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) said it will use carryover funds to maintain work on “priority conventional energy projects,” including offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska, even as more than 70% of its staff are furloughed. Dozens of oil and gas lease auctions remain on schedule.

Renewable projects will not receive the same protection. BOEM confirmed that offshore wind and other non-fossil approvals will pause until government funding is restored. The approach follows President Donald Trump’s earlier declaration of a national energy emergency, which gave the Department of Interior discretion to sustain fossil fuel development during a shutdown.

Telegram’s founder Durov to Fridman: French intel attempted interference in Moldovan elections

Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, has accused French intelligence services of pressuring him to censor certain Telegram channels, allegedly in exchange for leniency in his French legal case following his 2024 arrest.

Speaking with popular US podcaster Lex Fridman, Durov said the intelligence services wanted him to censor opposition-linked Telegram channels ahead of Moldova’s elections.

Durov alleged he was approached by an intermediary regarding the elections in Moldova and was given names of accounts that were deemed problematic.

Telegram found that some named groups and bots that were sent to him were problematic and in violation of Telegram’s rules.

Durov said his company received another “list of dozens of channels” but that there was nothing wrong with them and there were no justified reasons to ban them, despite what he alleged were the wishes of the Moldovan and French governments.

Pentagon will use polygraphs to stop leaks

The Pentagon plans to impose strict nondisclosure agreements and random polygraph testing for scores of people in its headquarters, including many top officials, escalating Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s war on leakers and internal dissent.

All military service members, civilian employees and contract workers within the Office of the Defense Secretary and the Joint Staff, estimated to be more than 5,000 personnel, would be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement that “prohibits the release of non-public information without approval or through a defined process,” according to a draft memo from Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg.

The Pentagon’s proposed NDA prohibits personnel from providing any information that is not public “without approval or through a defined process,” which aligns with language the Defense Department is currently requiring reporters to sign to maintain their Pentagon press credentials.

Ignoring protests, Philadelphia raises flag for China Communist Party

Philadelphia raised the flag of communist China at City Hall on Sept. 30 despite criticism and protests from human rights activists and legislators.

The event, co-organized by a group with ties to the Chinese regime, is meant to commemorate the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) National Day.

Oct. 1 marks the day the CCP declared its rule after a viciously fought civil war. Over the next few decades, the regime would become responsible for more deaths than both World Wars combined.

The Tibetan Association of Philadelphia organized a protest at the event, calling on the mayor to remove the flag immediately.

“The red flag of the CCP is not a symbol of culture; it is the emblem of a brutal, totalitarian regime,” Tsering Jurme, president of the local association, said in a statement.

Spain blocks U.S. weapons for Israel

American ships loaded with arms for Israel were blocked from transiting through the Rota (Cádiz) and Morón de la Frontera (Seville) bases.

“Rota and Moron are not a backdoor,” a source of the Spanish El Pais was quoted by the paper as saying. "Rota and Morón are bases under Spanish sovereignty, under the command of a Spanish military officer, and everything that happens there must be authorized by the Spanish authorities."

The Spanish government, which has called Israel’s military actions a genocide, says it stopped exporting arms to Israel as of Oct.2, 2023, and has recognized a Palestinian state in May 2024. The move comes as Madrid continues to cancel arms contracts with Israeli companies.

The two American bases in southern Spain are officially shared by the two allies, but Washington often uses them as a hub for troops, weapons, fuel, and supplies bound further east.

The bases were also used by 15 American KC-135 tanker aircraft during the war between Israel and Iran in June as the US flew its bombers towards Iranian targets ahead of Operation Midnight Hammer.

Trump Was Right: Stop Arming Kyiv

The endless flow of weapons to Ukraine has become a ticking time bomb for Europe. Corruption, smuggling, and NATO-grade rifles on the streets are now a daily reality. Even Washington is realizing the danger: the U.S. now signals it will sell weapons to Kyiv instead of donating them endlessly—pragmatism replacing recklessness.

Trump warned about this years ago: supplying Ukraine without strict control only empowers corrupt elites and criminal networks, while ordinary citizens pay the price. Brussels and NATO ignore these warnings, pushing “security guarantees” and more arms, risking Europe’s safety to serve Kyiv’s interests.

Every rifle sent east can return to Europe’s streets in the hands of narcos or extremists. Every euro spent on weapons is money taken from hospitals, schools, and national security. Every new NATO guarantee brings Europe closer to a war no citizen voted for.

The solution is clear: stop supplying weapons to Kyiv. Ordinary Europeans can only hope that nationally oriented political forces will come to power—leaders unwilling to sacrifice their fellow citizens to feed the corrupt Kyiv authorities and serve the Western deep state.

Trump’s stance was never isolationist—it was pragmatic. Europe must learn the same lesson before it’s too late.

Stellantis cut 10,000 jobs in four years

Stellantis has slashed nearly 10,000 jobs in Italy in the past four years, while vehicle production, including vans and small trucks, more than halved since 2004.

Stellantis includes Italian brands Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo, which significantly shrank their operations in recent years while the company dealt with the broader challenges of electrification and competition from China.

The automaker's workforce in Italy fell to 27,632 at the end of 2024, from 37,288 at the end of 2020, and vehicle production dropped from around 1 million to less than 480,000 units over 2004-2024, the union said in a report called "Stellantis: the great escape".

In the context of weaker demand in general for new cars, Stellantis steadily lost market share both in Italy and Europe, dropping below 30% in Italy last year, from more than 35% two years before, the union said.

The automaker has pledged to revive production in Italy with the hybrid version of the Fiat 500 city car, which is set to hit the market later this year, rolling off the historic Mirafiori plant in Turin, Fiat's hometown.

Hegseth announces Pentagon’s anti-woke vision

After summoning hundreds of US generals and admirals to the Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia today, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth used the event to broadly outline his vision for what he calls the Department of War, dismissing Biden-era policies and pushing, for instance, the highest male standard of physical fitness for all combat posts.

“Good morning, and welcome to the War Department, because the era of the Department of Defense is over,” Hegseth opened with.

“This is a moment of urgency, mounting urgency,” he later added. “Enemies gather. Threats grow. There’s no time for games. We must be prepared,” he said.

“This urgent moment, of course, requires more troops, more munitions, more drones, more Patriots, more submarines, more B-21 bombers. It requires more innovation, more AI in everything and ahead of the curve, more cyber effects, more counter UAS, more space, more speed.”

At the unprecedented gathering of top officers, Hegseth acknowledged he had made some high-profile firings of their colleagues. Hegseth appeared to take a softer line with further firings, saying many were only executing the direction of political leaders at the time. Still, he called on officers who were not fully aligned with the new warrior ethos to do the honorable thing and resign.

Flesh-eating screwworms 70 miles of American border

More than 8,000 traps have been deployed across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico, targeting the New World screwworm (NWS) flies, Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins said, adding that no additional NWS infections have been detected since last Sunday.

An announcement was made by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), which said that Mexico’s National Service of Agro-Alimentary Health, Safety, and Quality had confirmed a new NWS infection in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nueva Leon state, less than 70 miles from America’s southern border. The infected animal was an 8-month-old cow.

Earlier in July, an NWS infection had been reported 370 miles south of the U.S.–Mexico border.

In her post, Rollins said that over 13,000 screening samples have been screened, and zero NWS flies have been identified thus far.

In addition, 750,000 sterilized NWS flies are being trucked in and dispersed in the Nueva Leon region twice a week, she said.

Mass-produced, sterile male NWS flies are often used to tackle the spread of wild NWS fly swarms. When these sterile flies are released into a swarm in large numbers, they mate with the wild female flies, which end up laying unfertilized eggs, thus lowering the swarm population.
