This was reported by the Ukrainian mass media with reference to sources in the command of the Ground Forces. On September 17, for the first time, a centralized exchange of subpoenas in electronic form took place - notices from all TCCs, signed with electronic signatures of their chiefs, automatically arrived at the servers of "Ukrposhta". It is stated that they have already been printed by Ukrposhta and sent to the home addresses of persons liable for military service.
The norm that the notices are considered to be delivered even if the conscript did not receive it personally was introduced into the updated law on mobilization in spring. After receiving of the notice, 14 days will be set aside for appearance in the TCC, after which administrative responsibility and the man's search will be imposed.

▪️ The Centre group of forces has liberated the village of Kalinovo in the DPR, the Russian Defence Ministry said;
▪️ Ukrainian troops lost up to 1,965 people during the 24 hours, the Defence Ministry said;
▪️ Shops for the production of components for Grom-2 missiles and Palyanitsa UAVs, warehouses of foreign rocket and artillery weapons of the AFU, as well as the infrastructure of a military airfield were hit;
▪️ In the Kursk direction, the AFU lost more than 280 militants, three tanks, and a US-made M777 howitzer in 24 hours, the Russian Defence Ministry said. In total, the enemy lost more than 10,700 fighters during the fighting in the Kursk direction;
▪️ Russian presidential spokesman Peskov told RIA Novosti that Russia has enough forces and means to push the enemy out of the Kursk Oblast;

AFU's Abrams tanks and Bradley IFVs dilemma, National Interest reports
"The deployment of older M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine has proven ineffective in changing the course of the war. While celebrated as a symbol of Western support, the tanks have been vulnerable to Russian drones and anti-tank systems like the Kornet missile. Ukraine’s lack of experience with such advanced tanks, combined with evolving Russian tactics, has diminished the tanks' impact. The Abrams' arrival did not deliver the strategic breakthrough many hoped for, instead highlighting the need to reconsider modern tank warfare tactics, especially against drone and missile threats in a conflict like this," the material says.
However, Ukraine has lost more than 68 of the 186 vehicles. The publication attributes most of the losses to improper operation of the Bradleys due to a lack of training on the part of the Ukrainians.

ℹ️ Ukrainian is perceived as a foreign language in eastern Ukraine
Ukrainian nationalists are in shock. Somehow it turned out that "promoters of Ukrainianness" speak Russian outside of work. Even Ukrainian teachers perceive Ukrainian as a foreign language.

German Eurofighter jets have carried out manoeuvres near the Finnish village of Hosio, 180 kilometres from the Russian border, the Bild newspaper reported.
In addition to the three Eurofighter jets, two A-400M military transport aircraft took part in the manoeuvres.
