From another point of view it doesn't matter whether you are a Duck holder or a Cmp holder and it doesn't matter who wants what, because the goal is the same. It can be any solution. But it must 1) be proposed by someone and 2) accepted by people—regardless of how they obtained the tokens. Whether they bought them on exchanges or received them for free.
