Sam Altman’s sister amended her civil lawsuit accusing the OpenAI chief executive of sexually abusing her more than two decades ago, after the judge said she could try pursuing her case under Missouri’s child sexual abuse statute.
The woman filed her amended complaint on Wednesday in St. Louis federal court. Sam Altman has denied her allegations and is countersuing her for defamation.
Lawyers for Sam Altman did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The woman has accused her brother of sexually abusing and raping her at various times between 1997 and 2006 at the family home in suburban Clayton, Missouri. She said the abuse began when she was three and he was 12.
Of course people who work hard should have comfortable retirements.
But at the same time younger people who work hard can't afford to rent let alone buy and the birth rate is collapsing.

Police have increased patrols following the rape of a woman in Bristol city centre at the weekend, as images of four men wanted in connection with the incident are released.
The attack occurred in the Assembly Rooms Lane area on Sunday, March 29 at approximately 3.05am, Avon and Somerset Police have confirmed.
A major investigation has since been launched, with the men thought to have travelled to the eastern part of the city between 3.30am and 4am.
The victim informed police that the suspects are thought to be Indian with one wearing a Sikh Turban and in their twenties to thirties.
More and more people are acknowledging that clearly some aspects of 'Space Travel' are staged.

A failed asylum seeker accused of taking part in the gang rape of an unconscious drunk woman told a jury 'rape is sex' as he was quizzed on his understanding of consent.
Egyptian Karin Al-Danasurt said he filmed his two friends raping the woman, who cannot be named, on Brighton beach after his asylum application was rejected.
He told Lewes Crown Court in Hove the 33-year-old victim was so drunk she was being held up by his co-accused as they took her behind a wooden beach hut in the early hours of October 4 last year.
