Hi all. My parents visitor visa slot is booked for next month. I have made the payment in Sept 2023 and booked the slot in March 2024, I have not submitted the Ds160 at that time, how to update the new ds160 in the portal or application now? Hi, I have question regarding US visa scheduling portal… I have taken appointments for my parents for B1/B2 visa in december… After taking the appointments i have tried to update the document delivery information to Premium Delivery from PickUp… However it just updated for primary account holder but not the dependent… I tried contacting the support in the portal but not much help…
Can anyone suggest the best possible way here???

Hi All,
I have booked an appointment for march 28,2025. The DS 160 in appointment confirmation page has expired can I update the new one in portal or Do they accept the new DS 160 at OFC. I haven’t filled my old DS-160 completely I don’t have confirmation page I just had an starting page of DS-160 with application number on it
Hi all, I had a question. I was creating my brother's profile on the usvisascheduling website, entered In his passport number, name, dob and ds 160 confirmation number. After filling in all the details, went ahead and made the payment, however while making payment entered my name as I was using my card details. The login somehow seemed to get merged with my uid and login. I see my L1 application there along with my brother's b2 application. While scheduling an appointment, I'm able to see my name in the dialog. Can someone help how to fix this?
Tried reaching support to update the profile name to my brother's account but they simply close the tickets asking for details.
