I do not have a confirmation of ds160 that I used to book appointment. Vac/consular rules say, I need to carry old and new. In this case, if I cancel my current appointment to book a new one with new ds160, will I lose money?

U can cancel the appointment if its less than 2 times reschedules and then close and start the application (use same fee receipt) and then in that upadte new ds 160 number and submit then book the appointment
