I have one query
My mother's passport lists her maiden name, and my father's passport shows her maiden name as well under the spouse section. Should I include her married name in the question below in ds160?
Have you used other names(ex maiden, religious, etc)
Do I have create new ds160 for my parents visa if my role is being changed in my company after I booked the appointment

Ok so original ds 160 was filled after November 2023 and I need to fill new ds 160 because my passport is renewed and my appointment is in January
I read the important notice part on the confirmation page and it says
“ that if appointment post nov 2023 with an improper filled ds 160, you will not be allowed to attend the VAC appointment or submit application documents and will need to reschedule your appointment “
Now my query is that if I show up to my appointment with old and new ds 160 will my appointment be allowed or I will be asked to reschedule?
