- M.V.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Pathology with 3 years of experience (OR) M.Sc. Microbiology with 5+ years of experience in veterinary vaccine development
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams in veterinary vaccine R&D or a related field.
- Teamwork and inter departmental coordination.
- Reasonable knowledge of vaccine development processes, including antigen identification, formulation, pre-clinical studies, and clinical trials
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for veterinary vaccines, scientific and analytical skills
project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
