The Texas Republican Party is considering inserting a new language into the Bill of Rights that would empower Texans to own, keep, and utilise any means of exchange of their choosing, including digital money.


When conducting a transaction, Texans would be free to utilise cash, coin, bullion, digital money, or scrip, according to the provision. "No government shall restrict or encumber the possession or holding of any kind or quantity of money or other cash," the section states. Explicit safeguards for Texans' inherent right to preserve, exchange, and store their money in their preferred means of exchange."

Despite the recent crypto bear market, BNP Paribas (BNP) of France has allegedly inked a crypto custody cooperation with Swiss digital asset safeguarding business Metaco. Insider information provided CoinDesk with the newest update. However, BNP Paribas was unresponsive, while Metaco declined to comment.

This is not Metaco's first cryptocurrency custody agreement with a French bank. Societe Generale (GLE), a French financial institution, also collaborated with Metaco last month in a custody tech arrangement with the bank's digital asset subsidiary SG FORGE.

Singapore to impose sanctions on Russian banks and cryptocurrency funding

The measures prohibit the city-state's financial institutions from providing services that would aid Moscow in raising new funds

Singapore will impose unilateral sanctions against Russia, a move a former diplomat said was the first time in decades that the city-state was censuring a foreign nation without backing from the UN Security Council.

Sanctions include the imposition of export controls on items that can be used as weapons, financial measures on designated Russian banks and restrictions on cryptocurrency transactions that may be used to circumvent financial sanctions, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday.

For a small state like Singapore, this is not a theoretical principle, but a dangerous precedent. This is why Singapore has strongly condemned Russia’s unprovoked attack on Ukraine,” the ministry said.

As you can see in the picture, BNB started to fall heavily after hitting the downtrend and even lost the support range of $393

The BNB price has moved up after reaching the $364 support level and is now in the $384 range.

As you can see, BTC, during last night and today, experienced a heavy price drop. Bitcoin was in an uptrend, and now the price has broken that uptrend.

Also, the very important support levels of $42,000 and $40,000 are lost. The price of Bitcoin is currently in the $39,000 range.

How to Measure Head & Shoulders Target

A head and shoulders pattern is a chart formation that appears as a baseline with three peaks, where the outside two are close in height and the middle is highest.

In technical analysis , a head and shoulders pattern describes a specific chart formation that predicts a bullish-to-bearish trend reversal.

The first and third peaks are shoulders, and the second peak forms the head. The line connecting the first and second troughs is called the neckline.

An inverse or reverse head and shoulders pattern is also a reliable indicator that can signal that a downward trend is about to reverse into an upward trend.

The opposite of a head and shoulders chart is the inverse head and shoulders , also called a head and shoulders bottom.

Measuring head and shoulders price target is simple.
You'd measure the peak of the head down to the neck line, and then drag it to the point where the stock breaks out from the pattern.
