There isn't a formal roadmap in the classic sense of "specific events with specific dates". They are different quests. For the hold task, the tokens must be free to earn the points. Staked tokens will not count towards it. So you need at least 100 WCT for each task.

Also, with respect to the "Governance Member" Discord role (or "Staker" or "Staker Allowlist" badge in the Hub):

There are two Governance Member quests for stakers, and you'll only be able to claim ONE of them (it's the same role - Governance Member - on Discord).

o New Stakers, for people who have not staked WCT and who are entering the Hub without an already-established staking position. You will complete the quest through the Hub, set up a stake, and receive the role.
o Staker Allowlist, the badge that lets current stakers (people who are entering the Hub with an active staking position) access to their own version of the quest that lets them get the Governance Member role.

You will not be able to claim both of these quests.
