Watch out for people sending you PMs claiming to be mods, admins, "support", or anyone or anything legit.

They're probably going to try to direct you to a scam website that's set up to collect your mnemonic/recovery/seed phrase and/or private key, or offer you a trade/reward/buy/sell, which will be a scam.

We will never reach out to you in private first. Stay safe by assuming that any PM is a SCAM, ask in public and expect a reply in public if you have any doubt!

No, the allowlist is part of the Community Hub system.

If you filled out an eligible survey, you will have submitted an address in the form.

If you connect to the Community Hub using a wallet application that you're using to manage that address, and as long as the wallet application is set to Optimism and the address you submitted, then it will pick up that you're on the allowlist if you're on the allowlist.

If you don't have the badge, the connected account address is not on the allowlist.

If you have never gotten the "User Survey Participant Allowlist" badge in the Community Hub and you have it now, it means you're eligible for rewards for Survey #2. : )

If you received a "User Survey Participant Allowlist" badge for Survey #1, the only way to know is if you get rewards for Survey #2 will be when they're distributed.

There were strict requirements imposed to prevent sybils from distorting the survey results. If you are not seeing a badge unlocked, chances are you were detected as a sybil / bot / your submission had other issues.

We are not able to offer remediations.
