Gm, was bang on with the short play and just let noise and emotion affect my trading, when you see this it’s time to stop.
I thankfully have friends that know me well enough they can see this happening and tell me to take a chill pill and stop trading for a bit.
It’s ok to take a break, rest and come back a better trader, every single corner or academy have demonstrated this too.
