I raised the minimum input/output value on my coordinator from 5,000 sats to 10,000 sats. If you have coins in your wallet between these values, you can switch to a different coordinator to make those amounts private.

Your privacy progress % is determined by the anonymity score target you choose in the settings. If you lower this target, your wallet reaches 100% privacy after only a couple of coinjoin transactions. If you raise this target, then it may take many consecutive coinjoin rounds to reach 100% privacy.

I don't know of any other testnet coordinators. Maybe there are some you can find with the "Discover" button.
