At the bottom of the log file (the most recent date/time) check for any errors or warning, ideally related to Tor and share that error message here.

Btw, does Tor normally work for you? Or could it be that you are in a censored jurisdiction?

It's a bip-39 passphrase, so it is on the protocol level, nothing wasabi specific

The passphrase is mandatory to access the wallet. Using no passphrase or any other passphrase derives a completely different wallet. Try to remember the passphrase, you can try it infinite times....there is no technical possibility to access your funds without passphrase
