MaxSuggestedAmount changes between rounds. It helps to coordinate with whales (giant utxo owners) so that they only join rounds more likely with other whales

You have to update and then choose a new coordinator after that. You can use https://github.com/kukks/wasabinostr to find coordinators (or https://wabisator.com if you are lazy and don't want to download)
