There's a set time period for coinjoin participants to get ready to build the transaction (1 hour on my coordinator). If there's enough inputs ready (50 minimum on my coordinator) then the coinjoin signing will happen and the round will be completed.

Once each 1 hour round is over, the next one begins, 24/7
