The best feature in BTCPay's plugin is "Pay in coinjoin" but that's only available through the RPC in Wasabi.

BTCPay's plugin still has a few more coinjoin features than Wasabi does, but the past 3 updates in Wasabi have added a lot of useful features that were previously exclusive to BTCPay (at least in the GUI): Max mining fee rate, exclude coins, choose coordinator, coinjoin to other wallet
