You generally want to participate with coordinators that have the most liquidity. Mine had liquidity but the server is down at the moment, working on fixing it.

Yes. Ginger charges a fee though, so you would also have to increase the allowed coordinator fee % in your client.

It's a standalone application that just searches Nostr for coordinators. You then paste the connection info of the coordinator you find in your Wasabi coordinator URI box in the settings.
