I don't understand the question exactly, but coinjoin doesn't automatically start unless your wallet's balance is at least 0.01 BTC.

This minimum is just to prevent paying too much of your total balance in mining fees, you can override the 0.01 minimum by clicking the play button.

You need to choose a coordinator to enable coinjoin. Here's some tools and services that list coinjoin coordinators:

Yeah the $10 wrench attack if they go on mempool.space and see that it went into a coinjoin they will probably give up very quickly. They would have no idea if you still have them or not
