No, coinjoins require a UTXO based blockchain like Bitcoin. There are some zero knowledge based Ethereum privacy projects, but I don't know details about them.

There is unstoppable swap I think others are instant swap, trust minimized but still trust since they have control of your fund during a very short time

Each coinjoin always costs a mining fee since it's a Bitcoin transaction. Some coordinators also charge a % service fee.

The default coinjoin coordinator is no longer providing service, so you have to enter a new coordinator to participate in coinjoins. Here's some tools and lists for finding a coordinator:
